      Very very rude, very unprofessional, misleading getting my hopes up for nothing. She was being extremely rude to me on the phone and I asked her if I can continue speaking to someone else about the job and she immediately said no and then hung up on my face which was very unprofessional of her to do. She judged me based on how I look made me feel very uncomfortable I did not feel welcomed and when we spoke on the phone I just felt like she’s didn’t even wanna speak on the phone with me also during the interview she didn’t even wanna interview she goes by Lexi I believe her full name is ****** she has an ugly attitude and she’s rude only cares for herself. Once I applied to the job she left me two voicemails saying we’ve been playing phone tag and I never once reached out to her so I was confused on that the messages she left she was giving attitude THIS WAS THE AREOTEK IN WEST SPRINGFIELD MA

      Applied for a position out of Cedar Rapids Iowa. Got a call later on from a gentleman Named Reece R*******. I later got an interview for the position and was offered the job. I made clear to the recruiter my criminal background and asked him if this would be a problem. He stated it would not be a problem and proceeded with the hiring process. After spending 100 dollars on gas to drive all around for this position between interviewing and drug screen. I waited on the background check. I contacted him when I received an email stated the background was complete. I messaged him and he lied to me stated it was still processing. They later ghosted me without explanation or question. After being upfront and honest the lied to me made me jump through hoops then ghosted me. Awful company beware

      If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have worked for them since 2019. In 2021 the company I work for in the contract decided to pay extra to award me paid time off and holiday pay, and a pay raise. it took them over 12 weeks to enact said pay raise, and I have only been paid for 1 holiday since before Labor day 2023. I have also not been paid for the full week of labor day, the 12 weeks that the raise was enacted or any vacation time that I have. I take a week and do not get paid. Higher management will not respond to my inquiries and I have contacted a lawyer and my local district attorney. I may suggest anyone else do the same the payout could be 3x what they actually owe you and only costs $60ish dollars to file. In other words, do not work for them, have the company go through a different staffing agency.

      I've never had so much neglect in my life. A few years ago when I worked with them, the entire team was very responsive. I had the unfortunate time working with a new employee and I had to make a 90% effort to get their side of the tasks complete. Many missed calls, and incomplete tasks on their end made job searching a nightmare. I am not sure if they are understaffed but they decided to hide that information from me. I would suggest to anyone to assist in helping to shut this company down. It is very much a scam or waste of time and resources to let this company continue.

      I was sent to ******* ********** through areotek as a prep cook, the experience was a mess at *******, I expressed my concerns with the assigned areotek recruiters at ******* only to be blacklisted. Now when I fill out job applications through areotek I don’t qualify for any of the jobs even though my resume says otherwise.

      Worst temp agency company ever. They do not help with sick leave. Their clients do not care about their employees. THEY do not care about their employees, especially the ones who actually work hard. I was told by a fellow coworker that the reason I was not to be hired on permanent by their client, was my appearance which is discrimination. The temp agency protected their client and discharged me, wrongfully, with a blanket explanation of "unsatisfactory performance." I've NEVER in the 12 years I've worked ever been terminated or discharged for my performance.
      Do NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. If I could leave less than a star review, I sure would.

      I worked 20 hours 11/19/23 to 11/25/23 with sub pay and a week later I received a paystub for that week but only a portion of my funds were actually transferred to my account. The following Monday I texted and called the recruiter several times and no one responded for a week. The following week I continued calling and someone finally answered and sent me forms to have the missing funds re-transfered to the correct account, as they claimed they had sent them to the wrong account. Now, on my third payday since this "mistake" happened, no funds have been sent to my account to make up for the $400 that wasn't deposited on the first payday and no one will respond to my calls or e-mails.

      I started working with Aerotek in June 2023. I took a job 30 miles from home because I was anxious to get started and this job fit my schedule. I told my recruiter I was going to continue to work in ****** through the summer and would be patient while waiting for him to find me a better fit. After my first 2 recruiters left the company I was told A***** would be my 3rd, and that she was a great recruiter. Well, within 30 days, I left Alyssa 2 voicemails, 1 text message, and also a message with the receptionist. I was anxious to come in and meet her so she could get a personal idea of what I was looking for so I wasn't just another name of someone looking for a job. I also left 2 messages with the manager, R*****, and neither of them had the decency to call me back. I was under the impression Aerotek was trying to find me a suitable job close to home. Now I don't even think anyone knows my name. I lost my previous job when I stood up to my bully and I've been devastated on so many levels this year. I needed help, and I am crushed that I had to add Aerotek (Maple Grove/Osseo) to the list of those who have let me down.
