I was a walk in interview with Nick from the Florence office. The computers happened to go down during the interview so I was asked to take the work home with me which was fine.Thursday morning I had to contact Nick to let him know that he forgot to send it and that once he did send it it wouldn't let me activate it open it. 3540 phone calls and 50 to 60 text messages later I'm on my way to this job on Friday on my way there I pulled into a gas station to put gas in my car. When I can finished putting gas in my car I went to get back into my car and it wouldn't start. I immediately called Nick to let him know he was doubtful from the beginning. We kept communicating through text and phone calls maybe three or four times. I told him I had a friend coming from sadieville and I was in richwood. He asked me to get a Uber I said I couldn't afford it and he proceeded to ask me how then did I put gas in my car if I didn't have any money I said I had $7 to my name and that's what went into my gas tank. He then stated just forget it I don't believe you so I sent him pictures. He asked me if I could get a ride with a stranger that helped me try to jump my car and I told him no because he was a stranger and I didn't know him he didn't like that I told him no. He told me that he was going to put in my notes that I was undependable and not reliable now what the heck what kind of people does this place have working for them I am not happy with this situation at all. He was basically calling me a liar and telling me I wasn't being truthful. I will never refer anybody to this company and it only takes one person to spread the word and I will continue to share this experience with others!

This company worked with DCI in Nashville to offer me a job in Gray TN. I had a zoom interview with HR and another executive from Nashville and in person interview with the local office.
I was offered a job on June 12th. I was told I would have 1 week training in Nashville beginning on June 26th. I gave my 2 week notice to my boss on the day of the job offer (06/12)
On June 13, I receive email with my hotel reservations for Nashville.
On June 14th, I get test asking if I did turn in my notice (?!?!) Then some time later I get a heart crushing call that the higher ups did not alert HR there is a hiring freeze so the position cannot move forward for the Gray TN location.
On June 19th when my boss returns from out of town, I am released from my job because he was upset I was looking and had turned in my notice.
This breakdown in events costed me my job! I was told they would help find something I have not had any calls - other than a few texts re jobs in Nashville which is 5 hours away from where I live. Everyone involved in this should be held accountable as I was left scrambling trying to have money to cover bills.
I did find a job on my own but it is less money than I was making. I feel they should at least pay the difference in money I have lost in pay. Their actions cost me to turn in my notice which pushed me on out the door without the new job to go to.
20+ years legal experience; 30+ years office experience and to think they had the guts to mention call center job ;0
Aston Carter and DCI Donor Services should be fined for causing this loss of income!

Would recommend 0 stars but I guess I had to pick 1. Not professional when it comes to interviews. Confirm appointments and do not call or email when it's time for the interview. Will never apply or recommend anyone to apply through them. Not the first time with them. If looking for help do not use Aerotek Staffing.

Matty at the Aerotek branch in Tinley Park is very unprofessional. They put jobs on indeed then say it's not available. They'll have jobs on their website and still tell you it's not available. I've spoken to Matty several times about a job and she tells me "she don't like to repeat herself" when I'm asking questions about a job that you have in your system. She need to be removed from her position. She pick and choose when she want to respond to you and when she does it's very unprofessional

Aerotek lied to me saying I would be working wit their company and said nothing about be a staffing company until the very end when it was too late. I was also told that with the job I got at NWS that I would be working a little overtime here and there. That was also a lie because In was doing 10 hour days everyday for a month straight. Overworked and my recruiters responded within a few days and nothing was helpful. I felt like I was in the dark with information needed to know because I was the one having to ask so many questions, very vague.

I worked for Aerotek in 2021-2022. I started working through them in Novemebr 2021 and there were issues with getting my direct deposit. I could not get in touch with anyone to help me with my direct deposit issue. It took the general manager of ****** reaching out to the ceo of Aerotek in January of 2022. One number was off in my account. They then tried to blame the whole situation on me although they were unreachable. Now it is March 23, 2023, and I have tried to contact anyone from Aerotek since the beginning of February so I can receive my W2 with no response inspite of my continuous emails, phone calls, and messages.

DO NOT use Aerotek if you are looking for work.
On 3/8/23, a recruiter from Aerotek reached out to me, and we set up a virtual interview for the next day at 10am. This interview was to take place on FaceTime. On 3/9/23, the day of the interview, I had not received a Facetime call. I emailed the recruiter to see what was going on, and he said HR had made a scheduling mistake and we could do the interview on 3/10. Understandable.
Now it is 3/10/23 at 10am. I received a FaceTime call from the recruiter, only for him to immediately hang up on me. I called him right back and got no answer. I sent him a couple of emails throughout the day only to get no reply from him. I decided to use *67 to hide my phone number, and I called his cell phone. He picked up right away, and then once I told him my name, he hung up on me.
This recruiter took one look at me on FaceTime, hung up, and then cut all communication with me. I was profiled and discriminated against.
I've made numerous calls during business hours to various Aerotek offices, only to receive no answers until today. I finally got corporate on the phone, and they gave me the phone number for customer complaints in MA. I've left a voicemail, and of course, no reply.
On the Aerotek website, it states "Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are at the forefront of our core values." This could not be farther from the truth. Aerotek is a shady and unprofessional organization that does not hold their employees accountable for their actions, and they will look the other way when you try to make a complaint about their employees being discriminatory.
My next step will be contacting the CEO, and then the Attorney General's office if necessary.
P.S.: Only leaving a 1 star rating because 1 is the minimum. Should be ZERO.

Worst temp agency to try to find work. All the job posting they make are not accurate it’s just to get you to call so they can talk about other jobs that you have no interest in or are not a good fit. They will promise you interviews places and then your recruiter disappears. Complete waste of time. Rude recruiters at that. Do not recommend at all!!!!!

Aerotek Staffing services, is the most unethical agency I have encountered. I started a contract job and doing well in my second week Monday I was faced with a family crisis and informed my contact at Aerotek I would be leaving for California to my family. I summited my timecard for 9 hrs.' of work and of of 3/7/2023 with several attempts to contact and my rep to get my pay. They refuse to pay me!! This agency is the most corrupt company I have ever encountered, they never asked about my situation nor did they care. Please stay far away from Aerotek they smile in your face before they backstab you,,
