      Stay away from this company! There are no words to express my dissatisfaction with their entire customer service department and their rental procedures. I rented a flute for my daughter online and after waiting for it to be delivered to her school for more than two weeks, no one had any idea where it was or when it would show up. The local store advised me to cancel the order and place a new order for another flute that I could take home from the store that day. They said I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my $207 refund.

      Originally flute ordered 9/10, cancelled on 9/24, and now today almost 3 weeks later the customer service dept has no idea if the cancellation has even been processed. They keep forwarding emails to the educational representative. Are we serious?! How can they do business like this?

      This is not legal to treat customers like this. Even worse, they said it had been delivered mid September. I have no record of this delivery and my daughter's school is now going to have to get involved. It's really appalling.

      Next I will be filing a fraud claim with my **** for unauthorized charges for an item we never received.

      We rented from Ken Stanton, they purchased KS (which we loved), and their billing and customer service department is literally the worst I've ever seen. Ever. No way to pay a bill on line. just pitiful. They changed my biliing information, sent me a paper bill, then sent me to collections within 45 days. I have a great credit rating and pay my bills on time so its infuriating. The worst customver service experience I can remember in the last 20 years. Someone should hold them accountable.

      I am a HS History Teacher who has rented trombones for my twin girls who play in our high school band. I have had terrible customer service with Music & Arts discussing payment disputes. Recently, I paid an annual renewal fee which included the summer months, and I discovered charges on my credit card that were made without my knowledge or approval! Unethical, unprofessional, illegal! I am contacting the BBB, & already contacted my credit card carrier. Buyer Be Ware!!!

      I ordered a trumpet book, grease, and lubricant for a trumpet with a 2-7 delivery promise. This was for my son for band at school. I received the grease but nothing else. I emailed and called. I finally got in touch with someone, after being on hold for 30 minutes, who did not speak English and I'm pretty sure works in the same call center that scammers do when they say they work for the IRS. I requested a refund and an email confirmation that it had been completed. I'm still waiting on both, 12 days later. I went ahead and ordered what I needed from another company. Don't use this place.

      This business seems like a scam. I ordered an item that their website says was in stock and ready to ship. After 4 days there was no update on my order. I then contacted customer service and was told the item was backordered with no estimate on a ship date. I have canceled the order but have little faith that they will follow up with the cancelation. Take your business elsewhere.

      I called in to speak to a customer service agent to inquiry about specifics on a rental online order that I placed and was faced with a rude and unprofessional agent named Lloyd. I was told by Lloyd that he doesn't have a last name and wasn't obligated to give it to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he then in return asked me for what reason. I then asked him to clarify the specifics and he told me that I would have to wait for 24-48 hours before any information can be provided. I continue to probe of the products that had been posted online about the clarinet in particular as to the website not being transparent in indicating the specifics. He was extremely rude and not understanding my concern after my account had been deducted for 105.95. I have an additional account with this company after this company purchased the accounts from the previous company Kens Music Station. I thought that I would go with what I was familiar with since I have a current 8th grader who also plays a clarinet. I didn't realize I would be faced with such rude and unpleasant behaviors. The goal was to purchase the same instrument for my now 6th grader. I should have NOT gone with this company since it was NOT a recommended list of companies provided by the school. I would like for someone to contact me in regards to this inquiry. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT DESERVING OF ANY STAR, BUT I HAD TO LEAVE A STAR IN ORDER TO LEAVE A REVIEW!!!

      This is the worst company to deal with. I initially went in to take guitar lessons. I discovered that I had a conflict ONE DAY after signing up with "NO CONTRACT" . I went back in to cancel the contract and Jerri told me I could not cancel. I tried to work around this issue but to no avail. Jerri told me she would cancel the contract and refund which I thought was the full amount. But when I called she said it was a cancellation for the next round of lesson. This is a terrible business and very unprofessional customer service and is borderline scam! I am sorry I ever stepped foot in this establishment. I will give a "0" rating if I could

      There is no way to get in touch with anyone besides customer service who has no capabilities to help. I have two kids and both rent an instrument. When school was ending I had called to renew but they said when I am in contract I don't have to worry until Sept 2022. On top of that I had never received contract for my son's instrument. Today i got a bill for $90 for month of July and tried to call the saying I can pay in full for both instrument but why are they charging me for summer months when it is free. They just said they have to charge before renewing. I called corporate and got transferred to customer service. I really need help in this harsh time to not pay for what I am not responsible for. They don't deserve any star but in order to leave a review Io have to give a start so that is why a Star is there. They should be out of bbb and not in business.

      After weeks of call Music and Arts Grambrills Maryland for a refund for automatic withdrawal I still have not reached a resolutions. I called and canceled my daughter's guitar lesson in May and I was charge for June and July. After calling and going into the store I still have yet to get a refund. I have called Music and Arts customer service and they will not help me.
