      I was in the market for a new ****** marching band mellophone for a gift. I found the shop to have knowledgeable and friendly staff. I ordered the instrument, and it came within 3 business days.
      The in house expert was kind enough to look over this instrument to make sure it was in excellent condition. It was!
      I am extremely happy with this instrument and kind service. I would return in the future for other musical purchases.

      This WHOLE company is a SCAM!! Please do not use this company. They charged me $107.00 without my authorization. After calling back at 3:30 pm to speak to a supervisor they told me their supervisor is at lunch. When I reminded them that what they are doing to people is stealing from them I was transferred to a "supervisors" voicemail without a name. They never called me back so I had to call my bank to dispute the illegal charge and have my bank stop payments. This place is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!

      WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My daughter started taking lessons. 3 months in the instructor decided to leave and told us 2 weeks prior. No big deal except that I was then charged for a 4th month of lessons. I ask the Milford MA store manager for a refund and was told it would take a couple of weeks. So I patiently waited. 4 months later and still no refund. I asked the store manager again why and he only blamed upper management. I asked to speak with upper management and was given a ridiculous reason why I could not. I have tried calling the headquarters only to be placed on an endless hold.

      Wish I could leave 0 stars. This place is a complete scam!! My daughter decided to try the flute this year in school so I rented one from Music and Arts. The past month, I have been charged 3 separate, completely different amounts weekly totally close to $80. A monthly rental is less than $40 so what am I being charged for?! The online account is a complete joke as there is absolutely no information of payments due or payments that were paid... STAY AWAY!!

      If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter was having drum lessons w/ the local shop in Arlington Texas. They decided to auto charge my card even after I told them to take me off Auto Charge and also she has only had 1 of the 4 lessons. We had 3 left and they still decided to go ahead and charge us. I asked for a refund and they said it will take several weeks to get a refund. So let me get this straight, they can charge us at 12:01 am, unauthorized, but takes several weeks to get our money back? That is NOT ok. I don't understand how you can run a business like this.. they have just lost our business for good.

      I would never do business with this company. Two different customer service reps were very rude and refused to escalate the billing issue to a supervisor. Terrible customer service!!

      0 stars. I placed an order on an electric violin in their local store, 2 days later I got an email from HQ for verification of purchase, I call n asked why? They were rude n told me to send it or cancel the order in 2 days. I wrote an email they never returned to ask for the purpose of verification which no one bothered to reply. I went to the store, they said this never happened before, made copy of my driver's license and since it was a gift for my daughter, they also requested to copy her driver's license as well. In addition, my credit card was also copied too. Later only to receive a call that the order is cancelled! I tried to call the customer service, they were nice but they can't do anything. I smell something fishy, I worry about my and my daughter's personal info they made copies of. This company is very unprofessional, don't do business with them.

      I would never recommend this company. I had an agreement with Ken Stanton music and had been making payment plans on a Lease 2 Own. We were under the impression our instrument was paid off. Come to find out Music & Arts took over the contract. Redid it and now saying I owe for another 3 years when I should be done with this thing. Their customer service is terrible and should be fired immediately. Outsourced too from the 3 interactions. Also the one Rep did not submit my escalations so it sat forever. I had to call back in to get help. Do not buy from them. They are not helping me resolve this issue. If anyone from Music & Arts wants to reach out to me. Go for it!

      Lesson billing is atrocious. Corporate swears that it's the local store's fault. The local store swears the have no power to refund a lesson. Lesson date fell on a holiday store was physically closed but billed anyway- each place refused to issue the refund. This has happened several times. If it wasn't for the fact that my child LOVES his teacher I would leave in a heartbeat!

      Had to update my card information. Tried several times on the phone because that was the only way I was able and they never answered. They would disconnected off of hold, then when I finally got through, they said they were going to charge me a late fee. I said it was their fault not mine and they were to remove the late fee. She refused to get me a supervisor. I told them to rove all of my card information as I would be returning the instrument. She still refused to get me a supervisor and hung up on me. They then charged me with the late fee. DO NOT USE
