      We did not give permission to take out 5-27-25 all six transactions to our account ending in 7631 of our checking! Total amount $13.65 we have calling , ttxting but do not answer !

      I am currently using nayax card readers on my vending machine. I got recent billing statement on April ******* and they are charging me for two card readers and I only have one machine. I reached out to them by phone and email. Placed on hold and no response back to my email. Back in March I placed an order for a new antenna. Kept getting the run around that the the order was placed. I been waiting a month to get a call back from finance and they finally call to tell me the order was never placed. I dont have time to sit on hold to wait for a representative. I've called, and emailed and I keep get left on hold and no one will give me any information on rectifying this situation. I just want my refund for the extra charge and go forward to be billed for one card reader.

      I got Nayax a few years ago as my cashless provider for my vending machines. These devices fair on a regular basis. Youll install the car radar today then suddenly it stopped accepting credit cards. Then the next day it goes off-line and it dies.Your contact customer service and they expect you to wait by the machine so they can diagnose it. They respond to you the next day and they ask her if you cannot be in front of the machine we cannot diagnose it. They expect you to stand 30 hours by the machine show they can call back and diagnose it.Did they told you about the machine is off-line you just need to take this credit card and replace it with another one Ive been doing this year after year month after month. I just sent them 15 bad devices yesterday. Do you have five more this morning or not working?And what is the answer just replace them.I am filing this complaint with a full intention if issue is not resolved to take the matter in front of the courts

      I ordered 4 credit card readers for my laundry machines on 09/17/2024. I was told by Nayax that the card readers could be installed on my machines prior to purchasing them. After I received them, I had to have a professional appliance technician install them because Nayax didn't have the easy plug in cord available. After calling Nayax and speaking with their technicians multiple times, spending over 10 hours on the phone, and 4 weeks of troubleshooting, they were not able to assist in getting the card readers to work with my laundry machines. Their technicians had no idea what they were doing and didn't have the proper information for my machines. I then asked for a full refund and they refused because according to their policy, they don't accept refunds after the boxes have been opened. I said I want to completely opt out of everything because they were still trying to charge me a monthly membership fee, even though their card readers weren't installed (which they knew). They've refused my request and have ignored my emails requesting them to stop charging me a monthly fee. Please help me with this. I did notify them if they didn't resolve this that I was reporting them to you, the BBB. Thank you.

      Purchased 3 nayax credit card readers and one would not function properly and I contacted technical support over *********************************************************************************** It seems that technical support doesn't care about solving issues with this device.

      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Nayax, a vending machine payment processing company, regarding unauthorized and excessive charges on my elderly mother's bank account who resides in a nursing home due to her failing health.Over the past several months, my mother has experienced multiple small transactions from Nayax vending machines that appear to be predatory and excessive, totalling hundreds of dollars each month. She does not recall making any purchases, especially being bed ridden, and the frequency of charges suggests either unauthorized transactions, or an unfair business practice. The charges are frequent, occurring several times daily across multiple dates every month. And like I have said, total hundreds of dollars. The charges are listed as POS Signature Purchase NAYAX VENDING ************************Lack of Customer Support: Attempts to contact ********************** for clarification have been unanswered. There is no clear process to dispute transactions. A police report has been filed as well as subpoenas issued.

      My credit card was fraud charges by NAYAX company for couples of times, even though I didnt know about this company at all. By the way, I live in ******** all the time , I dont know how does this company has my credit card information, this is very suspicious and very concerning. Because of the fraud charges from this company, *** already replaced my credit card for 3 times , this matter has brought a lot inconveniences to my life.

      Company is taking money from my account. I have NEVER given them authorization to deduct ANYTHING from my bank.They need to STOP stealing money from my account. This is FRAUD!!

      I have contacted Nayax multiple times about duplicate (now triplicate) charges for one purchase at their vending machines located at *************************. The first contact, the guy gave me the guidance on requesting a refund. I filled out the form then noticed an additional charge on my debit card on a day that I was not even on the premises. I keep contacting them and getting ignored. Granted, it is only $1.85 x 2 that has been overcharged but the problem is that their customer service does not resolve the issue AND the machine is un-manned without contact information on it other than the Nayax information. I am having to turn in the charges as fraudulent and will need to get a new debit card which is a whole big problem because I have my bill pay all connected to this card therefore it requires contacting all the companies to prevent them not getting paid.

      I am currently waiting for the company to get back to me with the resolution. I did contact them at the email they provided to this complaint, then spoke to an employee on the phone who told me that he needed to do more research to get it resolved.

      I had been having issues with my Nayax card reader dating back to October 2023 and has yet to be resolved. The issue was the Nayax card reader was authorizing purchases telling my machine the transaction was approved and the product would then be dispensed to the customer, however ********************** was not charging the card. Therefore, it is a clear issue on Nayax's card reader. I was put in contact with ***** *****. An investigation into why this error was occurring on a daily basis concluded that there was a communication error on the Nayax softwares end causing the machine to send error codes for a settlement of $0. Since the issue had been resolved there has not been a single discrepancy between Nayax and my weekly reimbursements. I was then informed by ***** to file a claim with the Nayax ****************** because I was owed a substantial amount of money. Between the months of October and March my machine dispensed roughly $5,800.00 worth of free items to customers for free. A claim was filed with ********************** and months went by with no response from the Nayax ******************. After reaching out multiple times I was put in contact with an agent who had informed me my case had been closed and moved along to the ************************ and should expect to see payments within 1-2 weeks. However, it has now been over 6 months and Nayax continues to withold my reimbursement. This is completely unacceptable.
