      Hi there, Today 14/12/2024 I went to ************ and Coin car wash and address was **************************************************. I tapped my card and started washing my car. I was in hurry so I finished and when I was charged 2 dollar I tried to stop tap machine. It did not stop and deducted 5.50 dollar. You can check footage. Please check and refund my extra charges. And please make sure there should be an option for different charges like 2 dollar , 3 dollar 5 , 10 respectively so we can use whatever we need. Thanks.

      I called my bank to dispute charges from this company that showed up on debit account in late October and September 2024 for $3 and $14. My bank told the company has been charging me these amounts every month since late December 2023. The bank will be disputing these charges from October and September 2024 but are not able to dispute the other charges since these are already past the date I can dispute. Through researching this company, many have complained not being able to talk to customer service and being on hold close to 2 hours. This is upsetting and I would like someone from this company to get in touch with me so I can get the unauthorized charges credited back to my account.

Nayax provides cashless payment solutions (card readers) for various unattended markets such as vending machines, car washes, laundromats, etc. We also act a merchant processor for many of our clients who own these machines and markets, which is why our name may have appeared on your bank statement. Nayax does not charge anyone a monthly fee unless they have gone through the entire onboarding process and signed a contract with us. We are a fully certified and compliant cashless payments processor and we must adhere strictly to all policies which govern the processing of debit/credit transacitons.

      On November 20th 2024 I bought 3 items in a POP MART vending machine located inside *********************** in ********* doing business as (Nyx* Nayax Vending 65) 2 Labubus (Wings of Fortune) (***** EACH)1 Cry baby x power puff plush (17.99)Total $115.24 The vending machine had a malfunction and got stuck didnt deliver the products I paid for only 1/3 products were delivered (1 Cry baby x power puff plush) I contacted customer service and they havent responded with any solution and they havent returned the money I am very disappointed since I paid for a product that I didnt receive, thank you I hope this can help me get a solution

      I was charged $1.65 three times for one item at a vending machine. I received one item and was charged for this 3 times.I should not have to pay for one item three times. I have called this merchant as well, and I did not approve my card to be charged 3 times for one item.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      I got air at a gas station, locally. Originally paid coin. Time (or cord) was not long enough to top off all 4 tires. Was foced to use debit since i did not have coins. No sign posted that I would be charged extra for using card. Today, i see an extra charge for 3 times amount of actual amount for using it! ******! 300% FEE? I'm a single mother of 3 on a VERY limited income. *******.

      I recently had a troubling experience with a Nayax-enabled gas pump that resulted in unauthorized charges on my card. After attempting to pay at the pump, I repeatedly received a message saying, 'The attendant canceled your order, please go inside.' Shortly afterward, I noticed four unauthorized charges on my accountthree for $6 each and one for $7all processed within minutes. This gas station was the only location I had used this card recently, leaving no doubt that the Nayax device was used to skim and fraudulently charge my account.Details of the fraudulent transaction:Merchant: Nyx*NAYAX VENDING 50 Terminal Location: Nyx*NAYAX VENDING ******************************** ID: ******** Date Authorized: October 26, 2024 This incident raises serious concerns about the security of Nayax technology and the potential for its misuse at merchant locations. I urge Nayax to investigate this specific terminal and take stronger measures to prevent skimming on its devices. Customers deserve better protections, and immediate action is needed to prevent further incidents like mine. I hope Nayax will take accountability and act swiftly to secure its devices and protect consumers from fraud.

Nayax card readers are fully compliant with all regulations and we are alerted immediately to any unusual activity that occurs that would breach regulation. Most likely, the charges you are seeing are for pre-authorization where a hold is placed for X amount of credit, set by the owner/operator of the machine.       I have a $30.00 charge from this company. I used a charging station two times to charge my electric car. Onve for $6. And change and one for like $12. And change. They charged a separate charge of $30 for I have no idea what and won't return my calls.

      Hello. This $30 charge is likely a pre-authorization hold enforced by the operator of the electric vehicle charger, not by Nayax. The charge should be reverse in a  ew business days.       I went to the gas station down the street from me yesterday to get air for my tire. I tapped my card, the charge was $1.75. The air worked fine and I pushed the red x button to say that I was done. I went about my *********, I have four charges that have posted for $1.75 and another charge pending for $2:00! ***! I would like a refund of three of the $1.75 charges AND a refund of the &2:00 charge! I only used the machine once and had never used it before. Now that I know these companies do fraudulent things, Ill never use one again! I want my money back! Theres absolutely no excuse for this nonsense!
