      DO NOT USE AT ALL! I completed an application for Nayax services on 7/31/22 and received correspondence stating it would take 10 days to confirm setup but everything would be done to get to my account sooner. More than two weeks passed so I contacted them back, at that time I was instructed to complete agreements via email. Finally, on 8/12/22 I received a congratulations approval for KYC/Nayax services. It's now 9/17 and I have yet to receive any further updates on my Nayax account. I have contacted Nayax several times since and on each occurrence I've been told my company is in the final phase and the only thing left is to receive credentials from China. I made agreements with several location managers that there would be cc readers available on every machine. At this time I have customers who feel they have made the wrong choice in trusting our services (ALL BECAUSE OF NAYAX'S DELAY WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS). I'm losing money all the way around and Nayax has no concern what so ever!!

      Thank you for notifying us of your situation. I have researched it. Unfortunately, the complicating factor in this situation is that your Nayax device was shipped from China and not the norm from the US as most others who we onboard. When they come from China, as there are additional variables, it does take longer than the norm then when purchased in the US BUT it should not take this long and for that I apologize.       On 9-12-2022, as well as other times in the week before, i scanned my visa credit card to get a product from a Nayax vending machine. The Terminal told me my card was declined and refused to give me a product, but charged my card anyway. This happened three times. I have reached out to the company but have received no refund or response. What a scam. I know of several other people this happened to.

      As a review, Nayax engineers and manufactures the credit card readers that are on over 600,000 unattended machines around the world (in over 60 countries). When one sees Nayax on their credit card statement that means that card would have to have been physically inserted or tapped on one of our readers on some machine. These machines can be vending machines, air/vac machines at gas stations, car washes, luggage carts at airports; amusement machines, and 100's of types more. Every transaction is stored in our system for us to pull up and see on what machine the transaction occurred. WE do not own the machines. The machine owners when they buy our devices, have us act as their merchant on record and we take all the funds from the customers and reimburse the machine owners minus their fees. We are in essence also a huge international processing company. We get many callers like you calling asking question every day. It is a natural part of our business.

      For a refund, you wrote you reached out to Nayax. We have selection #4 on our main line XXX-XXX-XXXX specifically to handle refunds and reach or leave a message for Finance. Had you already done this? It was not clear in your email. If you have not, please do so.       Many machines (Nayax does not own the machines but the owners buy the readers from Nayax) do what is called a pre-authorization. You mentioned you were charged 2 times. If these were preauth charges, they would have been marked pending. A charge that is marked pending is not a charge against the account. It is a preauthorization charge that disappears with 24-72 hours and is replaced by the real charge, in this case $1.50. If you continue to show the $8 charges it is likely not a pre-auth but a real charge and please call our Finance Department at XXX-XXX-XXXX and they can look up all transactions and credit the charges back as needed.

      I see a 2.00$ charge on my ****** card ****. No clue why. Apparently I paid something, somewhere, somehow, and Nayax was used? I make many purchases and usually don't get charged extra. So why am I charged two big dollars? Who's the vendor that that uses a cashless method for payment and charges me for it? I would like to know so I can get reimbursed or simply avoid going there. I'll be disputing this charge with my ****** provider. And please, don't bother with the Arms length reply about yadi yadi Yada. Already verified the company and other complaints... a waist of time to get no response really. I want to see why I got this transaction on my ****** card, as in which other transaction is it related to?

      As a review, Nayax engineers and manufactures the credit card readers that are on over 500,000 unattended machines around the world (in over 60 countries). We do not own or operate the machines our readers are on. When one sees Nayax on their credit card statement that means that card would have to have been physically inserted or tapped on one of our readers on some machine. These machines can be vending machines, air/vac machines at gas stations, car washes, luggage carts at airports; amusement machines, and 100's of types more. Every transaction is stored in our system for us to pull up and see on what machine the transaction occurred. The machine owners when they buy our devices, have us act as their merchant on record and we take all the funds from the customers and reimburse the machine owners minus their fees. We are in essence also a huge international processing company. We get many callers like you calling asking question every day. It is a natural part of our business.
