      We purchased a vending machine with one of their card readers on it 6 months ago and their onboarding team still hasn't been able to get it activated for us. Absolutely terrible support. Very difficult to get a hold of.

      Has anyone had a difficult experience with Nayax? I never share negative experience about any company. I try to rectify the situation directly. We ordered 10 very nice Vacuums in summer of 22. These Vacuums had all the bells and whistles. Pole mounted, 3 motors with cash and Nayax credit card acceptors. They were delivered in October and finally installed in November. Our distributor suggested we remove the Nayax cc acceptors prior to installation. He explained their service is not good. We kept them them anyway because Nayax was integrated with our ************* App and we can offer our Unlimited members free vacs with their membership. We wish we listened to our distributor. Nayax is terrible to deal with.We have been trying to activate our acceptors since December 13th. No one answers phones, returns call or responds to emails. After weeks of pleading for help, they finally responded. We have spent 2 weeks in front of our vacs trying to work with them to get these acceptors to work. No one calls you. Everything is through email. They tell us to try this and we do. It doesn't work. We respond to emails and they don't respond for several hours and even the following day. Nayax did nothing but frustrate and disappointed us. Today, we finally gave up on Nayax.Next week, we are going to remove all 10 of these Nayax acceptors and switch over to ************ We installed and activated Monex in our self serve bays, from start to finish, in under 2 week (see below). They work great and customers love them. We stuck with Nayax because of our App. We are working with our distributor, ******************** out of **********, on a integrated PLC that can work with our ************* App.

      For the past few months, my business profits have been significantly reduced by the poor customer service I received from ************************** October 2022, I have waited patiently for them to activate my Nayax Card Reader. They have not done so. I received minimal response from them which has caused my business and my finances to suffer due to lost sales. I gave Nayax all the information requested to activate my card reader. This process should have taken no more than 10 days! Almost three months later, I am still waiting.To say that I am dissatisfied does not adequately express the negative impact Nayax's poor service and their lack of follow up have had on my business and my ability to meet my financial obligations.My request remains for them to activate my card reader.***********************

      I have two ***** charges on my credit card. There is no information regarding where this purchase was made, what was purchased or the business involved. I had never heard of ***** before I opened my credit card statement and had to research the company. I don't have an issue with paying for a service I used, but how would I even know if I used it if there is no information attached to the charge except a date. We are very vigilant with our finances as we have had issues of fraud on our bank accounts. If this company wants my business, they need to provide more information regarding the service they provided for which they are charging me. I am asking for an explanation of charges as my desired resolution. However, I believe the company should be required by law to provide all pertinent information when they add the charge to my credit card.

      As a review, Nayax engineers and manufactures the credit card readers that are on over 500,000 unattended machines around the world (in over 60 countries). We do not own or operate the machines our readers are on. When one sees Nayax on their credit card statement that means that card would have to have been physically inserted or tapped on one of our readers on some machine. These machines can be vending machines, air/vac machines at gas stations, car washes, luggage carts at airports; amusement machines, and 100's of types more. Every transaction is stored in our system for us to pull up and see on what machine the transaction occurred. The machine owners when they buy our devices, have us act as their merchant on record and we take all the funds from the customers and reimburse the machine owners minus their fees. We are in essence also a huge international processing company. We get many callers like you calling asking question every day. It is a natural part of our business.

      If you do not now recall making a purchase from an unattended machine like a vending machine or air in your tires, etc... please call us XXX-XXX-XXXX and press the prompt for Finance and someone **** get back to you to ask a few questions and look up your transaction and jog your memory likely.

      I purchased serial number XXXXXX ***** **** ***** Terminal from ***** *********** in February of 2022. The unit failed to function. We sent it in for repair or replacement. It was returned still non-functional. Then we sent it to the home office to the attention of Mr. **** *********** ***** ******* of ***** USA. He confirmed receipt of serial number XXXXXX. He said he would arrange a replacement. The replacement has never arrived or the repaired original non-functional SN XXXXXX. Mr ********** refuses to answer phone calls or email including written letters. We are very worried that it appears that ***** may be going out of business.

      The response is more stalling of replacement of the SN XXXXXX Vpos Touch. The answer should have been to me "So sorry that Nayax did not reply to your emails, letter and phone calls. Nayax is taking immediate steps to correct this poor quality customer support". That is what should have been written vs the poor response received from Nayax. The bottom line is Nayax has our SN XXXXXX device which we paid for that is defective and needs to be replaced!

We are a company that cares about our customers deeply and why we have grown so in revenue this year. We keep adding automation and new processes to keep pace with our dynamic growth.       On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, I visited the Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, TN. While at the outlets we purchased an item for the amount of $6.00 from a vending machine. The machine didn't give us the item that we purchased so I called the number on the machine to report the issue and never got a response. Once the charge showed up, I contacted the Nayax and they told me they would look into it. I provided them with the information that they requested, and they have yet to get back with me and I have followed up multiple times.

      I reached out several time starting regarding being charged for equipment that is not working. following are case numbers that i put in on their website. starting 9/27/2022. cases XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX ,XXXXXXX. I have not had any resolution or contact for these cases.

      I am rejecting this response because: there was no refunded given for being charged for equipment that was not operational, because nayax wasn’t supporting three G, yet still was charging the monthly service charge

      We purchased and actively pay for a product and service from Nayax. We are a small business located in Charlotte and the Nayax company has refused to assist in major functions of the product, one of which includes deposit of fund from their payment processor. The customer service has been rude and, on several occasions, hung up on me when seeking information and assistance. This has been an ongoing process for over 2 months at this point with still no resolution.
