This place is a scam and needs to be shut down. First of all, there was a 90 minute wait to get to the counter. Before the guy at the counter even asked for my name, he was trying to sell me a toll pass. When I declined his attitude immediately changed. When we got to payment, there was an insane deposit of $1,500 and an additional charge of $107. He said that it was for Unlimited Miles. I showed him proof that my original contract included Unlimited Miles but he insisted that because I'm a ******* resident I have to pay more. He refused to show me proof of this, refused to let me speak with the manager and refused to give me a refund. In the time I was there, four other customers had issues, saying that they were being scammed as well. This place needs to be shut down. They are con artists who promise dirt cheap rentals, and once you're locked in with no way of getting a refund, they slap on fake fees.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. I booked for a ****** Corolla and they showed me a ***** Accord. No big deal, except it was dinged up all over, scratched like it had been attacked by wild animals, had a faulty tire pressure sensor, and no working car horn. I dont use a credit card so I had to pay daily insurance. I consider insurance a scam, but okay, its standard. They tried to sell me the ** Pass for $25 a day and I said no. On the fourth day of my rental, I called to ask if I could simply pay $25 for one day as Id only be using tolls that day. They said Id need to pay $25 every single day, including the previous days I hadnt used the pass. This is one of the craziest, most cutthroat business policies Ive ever heard of. I declined and instead took longer routes to avoid tolls. I refused to give in to them and fork over more of money to them. The $500 security deposit that every car rental charges when you pick up the car? They usually refund it, but NOT PRICELESS. I delivered their clunker on time 20 business days ago and Im still waiting for the $500. When I call, theyre rude and hang up the phone on me. A guy asked me for the confirmation number just now and I thought, This guy sounds like he cares. I may get my money back now! He hung up the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM PRICELESS!

Zero stars in not enough for this company. Rented through Priceline out of *****. Grabbed the shuttle and was dropped off at this shady run down location where the guy proceeded to tell me that my full coverage insurance with more than 100k of coverage in several categories was not enough and that I should have read the fine print. He then tried to tell me I would have to purchase their insurance at 30 dollars a day - no thanks. I just went back to the airport and rented a car from another company no problems. I looked up the T&C on their page and EVEN their own T&C did not say I had to have more than 200k worth of coverage and a deductible of less than 500 dollars. Who in their right mind has a deductible of less than 500 dollars in today insurance world and what does that have anything to do with it. The guy behind the counter was a jerk - stay away from this company

Rude representative told me that there was a counter in the airport, by Enterprise, and if the counter was NOT there, it had been moved or shut down. After searching the airport for another 50 minutes I was able to contact a local number for Priceless. The call was disconnected twice, and finally the representative told me the driver would be there in 5 to ********************************************************** front of the van door waiting for the driver to stop staring at his phone, we loaded our own luggage into the van. The driver and his friend in the front seat watched videos on the drivers cell phone during the entire ride. I was told that this was a 5-10 minute ride from ***. It took 35.The agent (*******) told me he didnt have a car because they were all in use. Id already paid for this car and had all documentation. I'd also received texts reminding me of the pickup time. When I showed documentation, he demanded paper copies of the declarations page from my insurance policy. I showed him my insurance card. I also called my insurance agent, who emailed me the required document and also sent it to ********* email.I asked for the Wi-fi password so I could access my email and he refused to give it to me, telling me that we dont have Wi-fi. I then showed him his own offices Wi-fi link and he said I will not give it to you. He then told me that hed received the document via email, but that he didnt have a working printer. Since he couldnt print a paper document, he could not verify my auto insurance. He said that I could purchase an upgrade to a different vehicle. He would then charge my credit ***** $2000 deposit. Id also be charged an additional $150 a day for insurance, since he didnt have a PAPER copy of my own car insurance.I was forced to take an **** to the hotel. Over the course of three days, we spent more than $200 on ****/Lyft despite having already paid for a rental car that we didnt receive.

Complaint for NEXTCar via Priceline I booked a rental through Priceline and added third-party insurance coverage at checkout. When I arrived at the NEXTCar location, I was immediately asked for my drivers license and proof of insurance, no greeting, no explanation. The associate, ****, told me they do not accept third-party insurance under any circumstances. I had to call Priceline to cancel the coverage I had already paid for, which took nearly 30 minutes. While on the call, **** asked what card I was using. I told him it was my credit card , one that includes auto rental collision damage waiver benefits. He called the credit card company, confirmed the coverage, and even printed out documentation stating I was protected. Yet he still refused to process the rental unless I purchased their in-house damage insurance, which totaled over $200 for the week. He kept saying their insurance was mandatory, even after verifying I had valid coverage.I also reached out to corporate (Crista), but she ***eated the same policy. At the time, I didnt know the full details of my credit cards coverage, so I didnt push back, but the *** at the desk had already confirmed it. I walked away from this experience drained, confused, and ultimately denied a service I had already p***ared for and budgeted around. The rental was p***aid. The process was humiliating and frustrating and it made no sense, if NEXTCar does not accept third-party insurance, why is it even offered at checkout through their partner site? This entire experience was unnecessarily difficult, and I walked away empty-handed after spending almost two hours at the location.
