      Amazing. From the day of consultant come over to explain the process, energy assessment and consumption, advantages, benefits, investments, follow up visit to inspect the roof. Breaker panels, pulling permits and approval. Then scheduling time to install plus inspection after.. All process smoothly but very well organized. 5 Star

      We are very pleased with our complete installation process. Great experience. Could not have asked for better. All questions answered promptly, expertly, and courteously. We are still waiting for the system to come online but we expect a smooth transition.

      The installation was just completed an hour ago. From the beginning of the sales process to design to contract/financing to the install, my expectations were exceeded. Everyone we dealt with, was top-notch; professional, customer focused, experienced and knowledgeable. Everyone was personable, pleasant and extremely informative and responsive. The installation and electrical team were, to a man, a pleasure to have at the house. We can't wait for the inspection, connection and launching of the system. The proof will be in the system's operational effectiveness. I'm confidant that our expectations will again be met and that all issues will be addressed to our satisfaction.       I had a new roof and solar panels installed by Solar Energy World in May of 2022. Overall this was a positive experience and my Customer Service Rep Chris was great answering all my questions and working through some issues. If not for Chris thiis prooject may not have continued to completion. I am happy with the work and final products but had to fight through some difficult issues with getting what was expected. I recommend their product however they are not the cheapest and you need to be invested in the process to ensure you are getting what was agreed upon.

      We might be a bit biased as the solar panels are up, look beautifully and work well. There was an incredibly small SNAFU with paperwork BUT overall, the sales team and installation team were incredible. Getting Solar Panels and using Solar Energy World was definitely a good decision.

      I just got solar cells installed. The sales agent told me they would match other companies prices. For similar install including the same number and size of the cells, there was another $1300 cheaper. After talking with the sales agent-Peter B*****, we agreed on $36,000 from $37,000. I unfortunately signed off on the contract, and when I disputed I was told that I was mistaken. I held up paying $1,000 while we were in the dispute with the project incomplete waiting for the project to be completed, and they stopped the work. I have sent the check for the extra $1,000, but no ones has contacted me to resume. Their contract requires complete payment before Substantial completion. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!

      Hello John, your agreement with Solar Energy World was for $37,000. Our records indicate you approved this pricing through an email sent to Pete B***** on 3/7. You then signed a contract on 3/10 with a purchase price of $37,000. As soon as we received the pending payment, we finalized the inspections, and our records show that your system was operational on 10/15. Pete is one of our top analysts and has built a very successful referral business through his hard work and honest approach. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding, but Pete based the contract purchase price on the amount agreed upon in the communication between the two of you.       Mr B***** said he would match price for other installers on an equal number of cells. I admit that i signed off on the contract without really looking trusting Mr B***** as I was doing this from the Netherlands and had other things on my mind. Mr B***** agreed with the price which was $1, 500 less but I agreed on $1,000 less. When I questioned this, Mr B***** refused to look at the other estimate and stopped progress on the installation even though all but the $1,000 was paid and the project had not been inspected. Needless to say I paid the extra $1,000, but I certainly don't trust Mr B*****, nor can I believe what he said 2 months earlier. I have no issues with the installation although Solar Energy estimate of electricity saved is off by about 18%.

      Another aside, Mr B***** called me after the review and yelled at me for 8 minutes till I disconnected the phone and blocked both his number and e-mail.

      I've had solar installed for approximately 3 years. Overall I have been very satisfied with the installation and performance. However, I recently noticed my inverter was not communicating. Solar Energy World service manager, Natalie W*****, informed me that the issue is that my inverter uses a 3G modem. This modem is now obsolete and I would need a new one installed, to the tune of $599... and it can only be installed by them or my warranty is void. Not only does the modem prevent monitoring for proper operation, it also prevents communication with the SREC brokerage leaving it to the homeowner to self report on a quarterly (?) basis. These services were all included in the original contract and part of the reason I went with Solar Energy World! This failure is not an 'act of God' and is no way my fault, but it still will not be covered under warranty. Their response is "there is nothing we did wrong". I'll tell you what they did wrong... they sold me obsolete equipment! I am afraid this is an indication of trouble with future warranty claims.
