      The whole process from pre-sales through installation was smooth and efficient. Everyone took time to make sure we understood our options, that our questions were answered, and there was no pressure. They were pro-active and clear in their communications. Highly recommend.

      Great sale and salesman who remains our quick, very satisfying go to contact person.
      We called after first installation window passed over Christmas (we were too busy to be disappointed and wanted new tax year). We were scheduled quickly and installation followed within two weeks.
      Installation was top notch, as promised, quick but thorough, by friendly team who invited questions and dialog. We are very pleased with the process and product and highly recommend them for their professionalism.

      I was sold on the idea of not only not having to pay a utility bill, but also being the owner of my own power source. However, they calculated, then recalculated twice how many panels I would need. I explained how important it was that I produced enough energy to have excess. Not only am I not producing an excess. We're still paying **** ****** over $100 per month. How can their professional "Calculations" be that far off. That's not the worst of it. They refuse to respond or address my complaint that my array isn't producing nearly enough power. They're just ignoring my complaints.

      I am working with Ryan S**** and Solar Energy World to install a large ground mount system in my yard. The install is wrapping up in the next few days. Writing this review specifically to mention the level of communication and expertise coming from Ryan and the team. This is a big job with a lot of moving parts, but the team has been working extremely hard to get things done throughout all of the weather challenges we have had in the last couple weeks.
      There have been a couple of challenges that have come up and I must commend the knowledge, communication, and reassurance that Ryan S**** has provided through this process.
      Ryan has already set up a final walkthrough to review everything and make sure I am happy with the way the crews close out my install. Would highly recommend working with Ryan and the SEW team.

      First class operation, from sales rep., Sean G******, to office staff, Courtney. P*****, who expertly handled applyications for applicable grants and incentives. Everyone involved was polite, personable and responsive. Installers were efficient and knew their stuff. Definitely recommend this company to anyone considering solar install. Way to go, team!

      Our Solar system has been installed, but we are awaiting the county's final inspection ( Howard County seems to have been the major delays along the way.) We have been very pleased with our contact, Darren, and everyone else involved. They have always been easy to contact, show up on time, and clearly explain everything through the whole process. Definitely will recommend them for further work.

      We are extremely pleased with our installation process. Great experience from start to finish. Everything from salesperson, financing and installation couldn't go any smoother. All questions answered promptly, expertly, and courteously. We are still waiting for the system to come online but we expect a smooth transition. I would encourage everyone to go with Solar Energy World.

      Super easy process. They take care of everything including HomeOwners approval process. Installers were respectful, friendly and communicative. I would highly recommend!
