      They damaged my property and did not take care of it. They just wanted to do a quick fix instead of doing it properly. The communication is terrible. It looks like I will have to have someone fix it and then file a law suit to be reimbursed. There are lots of solar companies out there. These guys aren’t worth the trouble.

      Dillan was our salesman and he is the best. kept in constant contact with us through all. the Install team is amazing. Polite and professional with an extremely neat job inside and out. The price they gave us was much less then the other companies we talked with. We are so happy with Solar Energy World. From first meeting till the install they have been completely up front and informative as to where we were in the process. We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

      My apologies on the length of this, but it is for one’s best interest when it comes to investment in solar:
      First of all, I’m taking my time in writing this review and taking my time in actually submitting it, as I wanted to make sure that every box was checked before providing incomplete information regarding the quality of this company.
      Eric W****** made our experience of purchasing a solar system for our house one of the most rewarding investments we have ever made other than our initial home purchase. The investment is in a company and their product, as well as the addition of their excellent customer service!
      Our review breakdown:
      1. The company is hands-down our best investment other than our home:
      The sales people are phenomenal in their knowledge and their expertise and their ability to inform the customer. Even our roofing company, Chesapeake Roofing, suggested that if we were going to get Solar this is a company to work with and it would not impact our warranty on our 2018 roof installation. In fact, they told us very simply that it would enhance our roof protection.
      2. The pre-installing steps taken where exactly watch the sales people informed us what happened. There’s professionals who came out to inspect the site and inform us of what steps would be next were undeniably on time and precise.
      3. The installers took two days because our system involves 40 panels on two different sets of roofs(we installed 10 pounds on our shed roof).
      4. The customer service at the home office in Laurel/Elkridge leaves no stones unturned and leaves no expectations unfulfilled. Superb staff.
      5. The system itself: we have had absolutely a blast watching as rain or shine, this system has produced 10 MW of power in seven months exactly. The Enlighten software App works so well that it enhances our ability to know our habits of power usage and curve them to conserve energy and save money.
      It pays to do your research and we were certainly rewarded.

      I am a new customer of Solar Energy World. I don't like writing reviews online mostly out of concern for my privacy. But, there are always exceptions to any human rule. I will try to keep my review short to avoid tiring potential readers.

      Solar Energy World (SEW) installed my panels three months ago. From the Consultant (Ben) whom I first met in my house, to the installers, through their regional manager, Brandon, everyone was super professional. As someone who is totally deaf, how representatives of any business communicate with me always factors into how I rate them. During our meeting, Ben wrote down everything for me without ever showing any sign of frustration.

      Scheduling was near perfect. Whenever there was need -- and that only happened once due to inclement weather, they communicated with me quickly and offered scheduling alternative.

      Installers were very knowledgeable and performed an excellent work.

      I would recommend SEW to anyone who may be considering going Solar. You'd be happy you made the right choice.

      We are very impressed with Solar Energy World.
      We just had our Solar System installed. The guys did an Amazing job.
      From meeting with Carson the first appointment, thru the permit process, to the installation of our system, everyone involved from Solar World was professional, knowledgeable and very kind !!!
      They are a class act !!
      I would highly recommend Solar World Energy to anyone who is considering going Solar !!

      Great overall experience with our Solar install. Ben Harlow was our amazing Sales Associate and he was terrific at explaining everything including all of our options and answering our questions. The install crew (Zack, Eric, RyLee, Nate, Jake and Adam) and others were all great; they were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And, they seemed to enjoy their job and liked who they worked for and with. We definitely had an “A” crew!! They did a great job, explained everything to us and cleaned up everything. Everything was installed perfectly and exactly how it was planned.
