    Ordered Bare Metal footpegs in September at OBX Jeepfest. Was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. Had no problem with that. Fast forward to November at ******** Jeepfest. Ran into the same guy, was told oh your pegs are ready I'll ship them when I get home. Nothing shows up, no emails no calls. I email on December 22 asking for an update. I get an out of office message with Office Hours. I understand also with Christmas and other holidays people aren't working. Emailed again December 27th asking for a refund or my product to be shipped and still no answer. I want my money back!

    The system shows this order as shipped. The offices were closed over the Christmas holiday and did not reopen until January 3rd. Customer should have received their items and if there is still an issue they are free to contact me directly regarding this issue

    I am rejecting this response because: I have asked for the money back multiple times. You instead ship the item with no regard to the emails I have sent about refunds. I have the item now, after not being provided the shipping numbers when told they would be sent to me and after also stating in emails that i wanted the money returned and not the items. This is extremely poor customer service.

    We were at outer banks **** invasion in September of 2024 and ordered a trailer hitch and hitch plate . The plate needed to be custom made. We had yet to receive it early December. I reached out to OBX jeep invasion coordinator to let them know they should research their vendors for ******************************************************************************************************************** this issue between here and ******** it is a common issue. We were emailed back from wild child customs that said they had our order. I advised we would be moving at the end of the year. Well its the end of the year and we have yet to hear back or receive our purchase. I would like a refund as stated we are now moving. Its been almost 5 months.

    All custom orders are placed in an 8-12 week turnaround time. Clients are informed of this when they place orders. The client reached out for a status and we let them know where it was in the process. The client stated they were moving, we took the new address and shipped it to that location. The client was provided the tracking information and the product was sent out to them as promised

    Issue: Product is rusting less than a year
    On Dec 2023, I reached out to company via email and provided pictures of the terrible rust. I was told they would replace the products but would be after the first of the year. I told them that was fine as long as we resolved it. 4 months later and I have still not received a replacement for the rusted products they supplied. I have an email trail and pictures to support this. They are no longer replying to my emails nor have they replaced the product as they said they would on Dec 2023. I just wanted the products replaced but since they have not been able to do that I asked for a refund. Now they are no longer responding. Please let me know if you would like the emails that clearly state in Dec 2023 that they will replace them. Please help.

    Placed a custom order from this company at a car show in May 2023. Spent roughly $400. Haven't seen the product yet. Multiple attempts to contact the company for resolution has resulted in passive answers about phony tracking numbers and fake updates.

    I purchased side mirror holders from this company during Bantam Jeepfest in June 2023. In August 2023, I sent email requesting status of order and received automatic reply of will respond in 3 business days. I didn't get a response. I emailed again 1 week later and got a response that my order would be shipped within next 2 weeks. On September 15th sent another email as I had not got my order. The response I got was that they would 'Check with Chris to see status of order'. I have since sent another email and called, receiving no response from this company. At this point I am thinking fraud charges filed as well as full reimbursement as the only thing I want from them. Never again will I order from this company.

    Here is the tracking number for the order. I did check in with Chris on this per the email conversation as stated previously. During show season orders are placed on an 8-12 week turn around time especially if the order is a custom order. This is agreed to when the order is placed at the show on the terms and conditions on the order form. It is also listed on the website. In regards to the auto reply, that is set up so that each customer receives a response with necessary contact information no matter what time of day they reach out. The customer should be receiving the product at any moment as it was sent out upon completion

    I purchased foot pegs from this company, online, on June 4th of *********************************************************************************************** previous emails, they said it would be on its way soon or that it was almost done. I would like what I paid for or I want a refund.

We are checking the product to ensure there is no damage and nothing is missing. It will be reboxed and shipped back out to the correct address this week.     laced this order on 4/29.I sent the artwork to you on 4/30.I reached out on 5/18 for a status ********** responded on 5/19 that you would check and get back to me. On 5/22 you emailed and stated you were still working on the rendering but would have the proof to me by the end of the week - I never received the proof.I reached out to you on 6/8 asking for an update. You responded you would check when you got to the office and get an update to me - you didnt.I reached out on 6/11 asking for an update. There was no response.I reached out on 6/14 asking for a refund as there has been no proof provided nor an estimate of *********** responded on 6/16 that the order was in round two of the powder process. I responded on 6/16 that Ive never received a proof for approval so how was it being powder coated. You responded on 6/16 that you were simply pulling the information from the spreadsheet but that you would be speaking to ***** as to why it was marked that way and would get back to me - you didnt. It is now 6/19, 7 weeks after the initial purchase; I havent received a proof, I havent received an estimate of arrival, and I havent received the item.6/20 responded with a picture of the art I sent but not of the item.6/22 gave excuse that the shop was busy and the mirrors would be shipped by next week. 7/5 emailed no items received, no email/tracking received. Requested refund. Have emailed twice a week since with zero response from company.

    The customers items were sent out originally in June. Approximately 8 weeks from the order date which is still in the allotted time frame given on the order form that they sign and agree to when placing the order at the show. It was a custom order not an instock image that we already had on file. We have had some issues with packages not making it to the receiver when shipped, for some reason *** looses or damages about a third of what is shipped out of the shop. Ms *** reached out inquiring about her order so I had to do the leg work to see why she didn't receive the originals that were sent. The original package could not be located by my shipping *** at *** so I had to recreate the order. Everything here is done by hand by just my husband and myself. We are not a major corporation. So, we recreated her order. I then had to wait for my supplier to send my shipment of mirror lenses as they were on backorder. As soon as they arrived in, we shipped the ***lacement items out to Ms. **** and she received her order.

    1ZC411880310910834 is the tracking number for the package sent to her. It was in fact delivered Friday, August 18 at 4:33 P.M. at Front Door according to UPS.  Communication would have gone so much better with Ms. *** if she would not have been so rude in her emails. Even when I would respond back in a polite manner she would come back with an arrogant response. I am a human being and deserve to be treated as such. I give respect when respect is given and she indeed did not show any sign of respect. Therefore, I quietly completed her items and shipped them out the door as promised.     The response is a total lie. All emails were professional and factual. Order was placed on 4/29/23, nothing was received until 8/15/23-well after the time frame indicated for a custom order. A tracking number was never issued until August - there is no proof the June shipment didnt exist. This company has continually lied throughout the process - including their response to this complaint. I have provided screenshots of the emails sent showing the communication between us - if the June shipment existed, a tracking number would have been provided- it wasnt. The company stopped responding until I filed this complaint with the BBB.

    While I appreciate the frustration that stemmed from this order and the process to get it out of the door. I have to say that not all responses from the customer were professional. As the person who personally handled the order from start to finish I had let the customer know about any and all issues that were encountered along the way, which unfortunately with custom orders can happen from time to time. The first shipment was damaged by *** before shipping out of their location. It had to be recovered from them and reproduced which caused a delay in meeting the initial timeline. The customer was quite rude in their responses which unfortunately resulted in responses coming back their way to be delayed because as a human being a certain level of respect should be given and received. The customers order was custom. They agreed to the terms and conditions of no refunds on custom orders when they placed the order. They then began demanding a refund and didn't like the response that was given. The product was always making its way out the door to them , we are a small mom and pop business which is explained explicitly to every customer that places the order. All items are made by hand and that takes time. When problems arise during the process that can delay time frames. It happens and while I know it is frustrating we are not a major corporation or ******. We followed through on our end and made sure the client received what they paid for.

    The company is creating a false narrative; Ive never been rude or unprofessional despite the many lies and misinformation. Ive attached screenshots of my emails showing the utmost professionalism throughout. This order was placed 4/29 and received 8/18 but only after numerous attempts and requests for a refund. The supposed damaged shipment was never even mentioned until July nor was there a tracking number sent. I did, however, receive a tracking number for the August shipment. This company has a long history of poor customer service. I only wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering from them.

    On 10/12/22 I placed an order for custom footpegs with the Wild Child Customs and paid in full. Prior to payment I verified with Joylnn that I would receive a rendering for approval prior to production. I did not receive a rendering or hear anything else from them until a package randomly showed up at my doorstep on 10/28/22 with footpegs. I reached out to Jolynn to clarify I never received a rendering and the footpegs were not what I wanted. Jolynn said that they were rushing to get them out the door and agreed that they would work on the changes I wanted, send a design rendering for approval, and get new ones out to me. Since then, there have been no steps forward in receiving a design approval let alone production. I was never made aware of any potential delays when placing my order that could prolong the given 7-8 week turn around for custom orders. I finally requested a refund on 02/14/24, followed up on 02/28/23 after no response, and still have not heard back. Their automated response says to allow 3 business days for a response and it has been nearly 3 weeks since my last follow up and almost 21 weeks since my placing my order. I simply would like a refund at this point.

    I ordered inner fenders at Wildwood Jeep Invasion on July 16, 2022 and paid them $715.50 I was told that I would be emailed a proof of the design for the fenders and I would have the product within 8 weeks. I was patient and gave them extra time figuring that they were very busy from the shows. I contacted them on January 4, 2023, that I had never received my product from July. I immediately received an “Out of office” reply. They got back to me telling me that all orders from that show shipped before Thanksgiving and told me they would look into it and get back to me. They never contacted me, so I contacted them again on January 24, 2023. I received the out of office reply AGAIN.

    “Thank you for reaching out. Someone from our team will respond to you within 3 business days of receipt of your email. We value each and everyone of our customers and are working around the clock to get all orders out of the production stage and out the door! Please be patient as we research your request so that we can get the best possible update to you.”

    I got an email back saying they were working from home and were going to start reproducing the file and they were going to check on the status for me later that night. Almost one MONTH went by without any communication. At this point I told them I wanted a refund on my card. This was February 23, 2023. I received the same out of office reply and have received no reply whatsoever as of March 1, 2023. I am frustrated and just want my money back – I keep checking my card and no refunds have been issued. This company should have the decency and respect to get back to their customers. I just want this problem resolved, which is as simple as issuing me a refund.

    We ordered and paid for custom foot pegs at *********** Fest on September 4, 2022. We emailed back and forth to get the design right and finally found a design that would work on Sept 19th. They updated us saying it would ship out the week of Oct 24th. We finally received a tracking number on December 6th and the package has not left their warehouse yet as of Dec 27th. We asked for a refund on Dec 22nd and we got no response. At this point, it has been almost 4 months and they still have not shipped out our foot pegs. They constantly have excuses about family sickness (see other complaints) and their estimation of **** weeks for custom orders is completely inaccurate. We want our money back because they evidently have no desire to send out our product that we paid for.

    The product has been sent out to the client. We are small family owned business and I do apologize that there was a delay in getting their order out the door. Family sickness and timelines for custom orders do happen from time to time. As promised their item was completed and shipped. They signed paper work agreeing to a no refund policy on custom orders at the time of their purchase.
