    8/3/24 we ordered items at Toledo Jeep Fest. It’s 1/4/25 today and we still have not received anything. We contacted them in October and the blame for the hold up was put on us for not approving the design…..which we weren’t told we had to do until we reached out to them. 11/25/24 it was in powder coat stage. We asked for a refund for not receiving the product and they won’t refund us because it’s a custom order. After reading the other reviews I would be very careful if you decide to order anything from this company.

    READ ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS!! I wish I had reviewed this company prior to ordering from them. Craftsmanship is horrible, they always have excuses, nothing but lies, create a label but never dropped off package until the day after they agreed to the refund. Go with a more reputable company as this is not one. I dealt with Chris and he is a compulsive liar. Not a man of his word

    Chris, the owner, is an amazing craftsman, who does excellent quality work. His creativity is fantastic. He came up with ideas that made our Renegade one of a kind. He is a kind, stand up guy who is honest and fair, a genuine joy to do business with. I will look forward to doing business with them again.

    I purchased my Jeep pegs at ocean city Jeep week, very pleased with the quality. Ordered some inner fenders and I was very pleased with the turn around rate and good quality. I would recommend this company to my other Jeep friends!

    0 stars I bought doors and mirrors from them in 2022. I was told they were custom so it would take about 6 weeks. Waited until about 3 months and started contacting them. I was told one lie after another. Now they do not respond at all. A year and a half later——no product and no refund. They are a bunch of lying crooks!

    DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Takes them weeks and months to ship inferior and dangerous products to customers. They do not answer emails. I placed an order at Jeep Invasion and after having to continuously email asking for updates and then blast them on social media they finally sent it. It’s the wrong color, made of super thin metal, is covered in paint runs and bubbles and the edges are so sharp I cut my hands getting it out of the box. They then send me a number to a third party who makes the product for them and of course the number doesn’t work. Extremely disappointed but given their history of not actually shipping merchandise they take payment on I guess I should have expected something like this. Zero customer service, subpar product and since they insist on cash payments no recourse.

    I am sorry you feel this way. Your item was produced and shipped within the allotted time frame that you agreed to on the order form at the time of purchase. It was coated the color you chose and the design was done off of the photo you provided. We have been in complete contact with you the entire time and even after you displayed your disappointment we offered to speak with you via phone to see what we could do to remedy the situation. You have chosen to go to the better Business bureau vs trying to remedy the issue. We have treated you with the utmost professionalism during the entire process. We are a small mom and pop business not a major corporation and everything is made by hand to order which is why it takes time to produce. We do not push for cash payment on any of our items. The customer is always given the option to pay cash or credit for their purchase when they placed an order or purchase directly off of the table at the show.

    I guess I'm one of the many who have been burned by this "company". I bought a set of 4 footpegs at Jeep Beach in Daytona from them in late April. I realized I forgot to order the mirrors and emailed them a couple days later to take care of that. They assured me they could bundle the mirrors and footpegs with no issue. I received the footpegs 4 weeks later but no mirrors. I emailed them and was assured they were made and they would get back to me with a tracking number.
    It is now late July and the response to my emails has dwindled to nothing. All I'm getting now is the automated "out of office" email. If there is a class action lawsuit, I will gladly join in.

    If I could give a zero star I would! Please stay away from this company! They steal your money! This is all this company is worth a bunch of crooks! Don’t become a part of this scamming business. You will never get your product, but they will lie about sending it and then not even give you tracking information! Even if you ask for it over and over! If anyone wants to do a lawsuit I am all for it. Tired of terrible people like this taking advantage of others.

    I ordered a plate for my flag pole holder last OCT 2022 & all I get is excuses from them as to why my product has yet to be delivered. Now I am getting no responses to my emails. If you want to buy something from them you better only buy what you can put your hands on. I will NEVER recommend (or order or buy) anything else from this "company".... I noticed they will not be at our next Jeep jam ( how convenient) guess they know they would be faced w/ a large amount of disgruntled customers...
    From what I have read, many customers have been screwed by this "company" by taking their money & not supplying the product which they paid for (many months ago).

    We ordered our foot pegs and plates at Jeepin with Judd. Got an initial email saying they were working on our project then they ghosted us. No responses, no product.
