    I went to ****** **************** in June of 2022 and ordered my foot pegs at first there was some miscommunication and they said they would get them out in the mail. We was in contact at first and I even got a shipping label created but I have still to receive the foot pegs. I have even asked for a refund on my purchase as I have yet to receive the product. All I really would like is my foot pegs. I understand Covid issues but that was back in June and we are now into 2023.

    I contacted company about footpegs on May 3, 2022. Communication was great in the beginning as they confirmed they had what I needed and could do them. When I asked how long it would take, I was told the whole process took 3-4 weeks. As of today I have not received my product and it has been 11 weeks. Below is summary of chats.

    5/3 - 5/6: Messages back and forth related to product, pricing, and timing. I was going to order unfinished and coat them myself, but it was only $30 more for them to coat them black, so I did it that way. This is when I was told it would be 3 - 4 weeks

    5/8: Placed Order.

    5/9: Received message confirming order and was told they were put in production line.

    5/26: Sent message for update. (No response)

    6/ 1: Sent message for update. Explained I wanted to order another set.(No response)

    6/10: Sent another message for update. (No response)

    6/21: Called and spoke with husband. He stated they had been sick with COVID and would get her to send me an update.

    6/22: Received message apologizing for delay because of COVID and that they were in final stages of coat. They should ship end of that week or beginning of the next.

    6/23: I replied thanking them for update and expalined again I had been trying to get update so I could order another set before they started.

    7/10: Sent message asking for update. Explained that I was told 3 - 4 weeks and it had been 9 weeks. Said I understood COVID and if you took 2 weeks off for that, it had been 3 weeks longer than I was old. Also sent screen shot of the message saying 3 - 4 weeks.

    I feel they are very good with communication until they get your money. After they have your money they stop communicating. If I had known it was going to be this long, I would have looked some where else. Summer is almost over so too late to look now. They should not continue to take orders if you are not going to meet timeframe given to customer.

    08/01:I called them today and my item is shipping today. Said they would give me a set free for the trouble I had.

    Hoping to get product soon so I can use them but not holding my breath.
