      I sent in multiple letters on July 05, 2022 addressing these situations and you ignored my letters. However, I need these laws applied to my report or I will take legal action.

      The attached letter dated July 5, 2022, was not ignored as that letter has yet to be received by this office. Now that AmeriFinancial Solutions (AFS) has seen a copy of the July 5th letter documentation will be requested and mailed to the consumer that will enable him to understand the nature of the debt. AFS denies any violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA 15 U.S.C 1692) in its attempt to collect this debt. If the consumer wants, he can call our office at XXX-XXX-XXXX. Please reference account #XXXXXXXX. AFS stands ready to assist the consumer in resolving this matter. This is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. NC Company# XXXXXXXXX
