      Absolutely the worst Extended warranty Ive dealt with for the past 15 years. Customer ********************** is horrible and they will do everything in their power not to pay for your claim.

      My car is currently in the shop for repairs. They APPROVED and sent the shop ALL paperwork to pay for the repairs. They are now REFUSING to pay cause the initial reason for the mess up ********************** that they approved repairs for) has messed my engine up after further investigation once they were able to test the engine after putting the new parts on. My shop obviously called them to let them know that this issue with the radiator caused engine problems and asked for engine replacement coverage.. They are now DENYING to pay for EVERYTHING.. Even the repair they ALREADY approved! Although my shop already has the approved paperwork showing they are paying for the repairs!! Do not recommend them!! My mechanic has NEVER heard of a company approving repairs and now trying to refuse payment after the work has been completed!

      SCAM SCAM SCAM This place is a joke. Im a car dealer/mechanic shop and one of our customers had a blown motor. The ********************** company said to go ahead and do the work to fix it so we gave them an estimate. they said our check was mailed off after we let them know the work was done. here it is weeks later we have called them now they are saying they never approved us to fix it which is a lie. so now we are out 5600$. please dont use them they are scammers.

      I bought a used vehicle for 8000 and paid 2000 for this warranty. I was told everything would be covered for 2 years with just ****** deductible. The engine light came on so I took the car in weeks later. The ****** dealership called the warranty company multiple times, and told us that the company was slow in getting back to them. When they finally did, they made every excuse not to pay, asked the dealership to keep looking for the reason why the failire occurred, which we have to pay for all diagnostic efforts! The 100 dollar deductible is a lie. I should've read reviews first because just look at here or yelp. This is not a company, it is a scam. They should be charged with fraud, and I am going to look further into this company as well.

      On February7,2024 I brought a car. On 3/20/24 I had to pay for a Sensor $195.31. On 4/15/24 the transmission went on the car while I was driving in ******* so I had to have it towed back to S.C. where I live $400.00 to the shop. They said they will give me $50.00 on it, but I don't know any towing that cheap. They wanted me to help pay for the transmission. They told me to get a rental while the car was in the shop and they will reimburse me. I had the rental for 14 days $1028.01. They said they will $200.00. They refuse to fix the car and reimburse me ALL MY MONEY I HAVE SPENT.

      I financed my car nine months ago, since then the car has been in the shop three times.Twice I filed for the claim and was denied both times. The extended warranty is the only organization whereby they do not consider the customer, the car nor the dealership before denial.Wynn's per contract says they cover wiring, my wiring had an issue, I paid $600 and they paid nothing, yet I still owe for the car. My suspension went out and they did nothing, they gave me a lovely explanation about what is on their warranty and it did little for my out of pocket expenses. I stuck with a car that keeps breaking down and I really felt the warranty was there to assist in such repairs. This company took advantage of my situation.

      As a repair facility that works with 10+ different warranty companies I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one, all of the claims adjusters are rude and try to deny any claim possible, after three inspectors coming out I'm told they hope "we never have to deal with you again," the only thing I did was call in a claim and give them all information they requested, what did I do to deserve the treatment I received? My customer calls them and they are the nicest people you have spoke with, I gave them every option possible to repair my customers vehicle, they wouldn't tell me which direction they wanted to go with and kept us on the hook for over 2 months, I will exhaust every resource I have possible to see this gets to the top of the food chain, I will never deal with your company again and no dealer in my area will sell your contracts ever again.

      This company has been Terrible. My vehicle engine is locked up and they will not repair the vehicle. They have made every excuse possible to not cover the cost and I am stuck paying for a vehicle that I cannot drive. I would not purchase this warranty at all.
