      Horrible horrible people! Refuse to cover covered parts/repairs. My car has been in shop since September!!!!!! And they refuse to honor contact that I have paid for! Car broke down 3 days after purchase!
      Fix my car Please!!!!

      Wynn's regrets Ms. H***'s frustrations in the claim process.  Wynn's did approve two separate claims under Ms. H***'s contract and unfortunately had to deny claims due to the failure of non-covered parts.

      me and my wife called the customer service line for Wayne’s extended warranty, car care, and the representative. Felix was so helpful and understanding about my situation. He ordered me roadside assistance to come pick up my vehicle and then continued to text message me back-and-forth until the tow truck arrived, I am very satisfied with this service. Also, my vehicle needed a lot of maintenance and Waynes extended warranty has covered everything that my car needed. I have nothing bad to say about this company. They have done what they said that they were going to do and I am very pleased. I’m a satisfied customer. everybody is entitled to their own opinion and obviously other people might have different experiences but it’s all about how you talk to people if you’re nice and courteous, you’ll get courtesy back. Thank you,

      refuses to pay. Filing case in small claims next week if it is not resolved through the DIFS. The bank has refused to supply the proper documents pertaining to my complaints with government agencies meaning they are looking at a fine and wynn is doing the same thing. refusing to supply documents and fix our vehicle. Trucks still in the shop and has been in pieces for 1 months. They approved work they called and then stated they would not cover the work. mechanic still has my tuck and we are being forced to pay nearly 350 a month in trucks payments on a truck i got to drive twice and paid for premium warrant coverage. GET YOU COMPAINTS FILED WITH THE ATTONRY GENERAL, DIFS, BBB, CFPB IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUE WITH THIS WARRANTY COMPANY. BANKS ARE LKIABLE AS WWELL IF THEY SOLD YOU THE WARRANTY UNDER STAE CONSUMER PORTECTION LAWS THAT THIS COMAPNY THINKS THEY ARE ABOVE.

      This has been a horrible experience. Bought a car & the head gasket had blown due to overheating. Haven't had the car longer than 3 months AND its under the warranty REQUIREMENTS. Car had no dash lights come on before the issue and I know they work because the tire pressure light has came on before this happened. When telling them about the problem they have made numerous excuses stating if damage is caused by overheating the contract would be voided which has never been stated before. Car has now been in the shop for a month without reconcilement. And on top of that the used dealership doesn't want to help either.

      I guess I should have read the reviews before having them added to my used car purchase. So on September 22, 2022, I bought a car from Carite. The dealership sold me a 2018 Nissan Rogue sport and from day one I had to take the car back because of its issues. Within 3 months every other week the car was in the shop at lease 4 of the days out the week with the check engine light on. In the meantime, the car would smoke when I started from day one on. So I began to take the car to Nissan so I could get some answers. I continued to have faith that the car would be okay, but the first of June I had issues with the injectors and Wynn refused to pay the 1891 to repair the issue. So the middle of June the smoke started again and I took it back to Nissan they told me to bring it back in 1000 miles and before I could reach that 1000 miles. The engine light came on and the adviser said that the engine was gone. Now I bought the car with 69,349 on the dash and today it only had 73,335, so that tells you I have not drove it enough for the engine to go to. The dealer called Wynn so they could get repair and they told him I would have to pay the 1300 dollar break down fee. This company is so shady and I will not spend another dime on this vehicle. They can come and get it.

      RUUUUUUUUNNNNNNN as fast as you can , get your paperwork and call them to cancel. Call somebody ,ANYBODY else because you're paying for used parts and slower than molasses service. The reps are nice but unhelpful . They don't notate the accounts when you call so follow ups are pointless. I took my car to Nissan Jan 11th and as of today Feb 6th they still had not approved my claim until I called with service dept online . No accountability for dropping the ball, just finger pointing and script reading. Now that I know they're using used parts I wish I woulda cancelled them... Of course it's too late now but you can still get away ..

      Not a good company. Bought a car & the head gasket had blown. Havent had the car no more than 2 months AND its under the warranty REQUIREMENTS. When telling them about the problem they was making excuses making it seem like they dont want to repair it. Car been in the shop for a month just because they dont want to repair it

      I got a car with a warranty with it thru Wynn's Extended Care, Inc. I had my car for almost 4 months. It lost power all of a sudden and it wouldn't go no more. It was towed into a dealership and the news got worst. I was told the car needs a whole new engine. The warranty I have thru Wynn's Extended Care, Inc. Is asking me why I have so many miles on my car. Which my car is used for work. My thought is what does that have to do with my car. I'm not getting no help at all.
      No one calls you back to inform you what they are going to do for you. I have been doing all the calls and run arounds to get some where. But, I haven't got any help from anyone yet.
