      I reserved two rooms using its app, and before paying the reservation, they have showed their Choice Credit which deducted $150 statement credit from the total amount. I took the bait and applied right there. I completed the application for the credit and thought that I could use it right away to pay for the reservation as shown on the payment option so this reservation will be net of the statement credit. However, it is NOT an option. I had to use my own credit card to pay.

      I applied for credit cards with other merchants and every time I could use.

      This is not a honor business practice. They misrepresented its credit card. I would not apply for it if I knew I could not use it right away. I called and they could not help me.

      Negative stars if it is an option.

      We stayed at the ********** Grand Hotel and Suites this past weekend, Friday-Sunday. We came in contact with a lot of other guests and not a single one of them was happy with their stay. multiple were yelling and extremely upset wanting refunds. We had to change rooms within minutes of being there. In the first room Flooring was ripped and torn and coming ** in multiple areas. Food and bugs under/behind the bed and the bathroom door was falling off. In the second room, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the ** didnt work well, water dripping from hallway ceiling, no hot water, wiped up water from the floor and the towel was black because of how dirty the floor was, even had a cockroach run up the wall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will also be reporting them to the health department.

      There is no zero so I had to leave a 1. I used Choice Hotels to book a room and it was at the ******* *** ******* ** **** * ******* *** ******** ******** *****. My stay was from 8/11/23 - 8/13/23. Upon check in there was no toweling in the room!! Went to front desk attendant who could only find 2 towels but no washcloths. So my daughter and I left right away after we literally just set our things inside the room and had to go buy washcloths and more toweling. Upon our return once we were able to see the entire room and look it over, there was a piece of food or candy ( couldn't tell really what it was because it was covered in ants) on the floor in the corner by the bed with ants roaming around as well as the food/candy covered with ants!! I took a video of it and immediately went to the front desk attendant (Terry) and showed him and another employee Brian the video, as well as asked for another room, but no rooms were available they were booked! I then asked for the managers email to contact her, seeing as she was out of the office until 8/14/23. So later that night we seen bugs crawling on the wall and killed them! On 8/13/23 the day of checkout, I was woke up by the bright lighting at 9:00am because someone had opened our Hotel room door wide open! I believe it was housekeeping but check out was not even til 11:00am. I left a email review and requested some sort of refund due to this disgusting experience. I got a email back basically just saying they're sorry for how my stay went and would use my experience to better things! I feel I should receive some sort of refund for everything that happened! Had I had somewhere else to go I would have, but I didn't! I need help in getting some sort of refund compensation for this stay!!

      Extremely Disappointing Stay - Quality Inn & Suites Oceanfront
      I am compelled to share my recent experience at Quality Inn & Suites Oceanfront from August 6th to August 9th, 2023. Along with the previously mentioned issues, our stay was marred by additional disappointments.
      The quality of breakfast served was far below expectations, and the condition of our rooms was unacceptable. They remained uncleaned for an extended period, creating an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment.
      As a graphic designer, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and overall service quality during our stay. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary improvements.

      Worst experience ever! I would advise no one stay at this hotel. Not only was I offered two dirty rooms at this property but the service was also terrible. The customer service from the employees was also completely unprofessional. The first room had Mac and cheese on the wall, and bacon on the floor. The second room had hair in the bed. The uncleanliness of this property was by far disgusting. The night auditor, and front desk staff member refused to change the bedding, stating that housekeeping was not on property. The night auditor called the police to have me removed from the property. The GM, then banned me from the property. I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying at such a horribly managed hotel.

      This hotel in rockford il is a joke and so was dixon, IL. I can't believe either are still open. So I had two stays within 2 weeks or less and let's just say both were disgusting. All I received from the dixon location was a apology! Well the Rockford location I haven't even received anything from this place. There was mold in the shower area and it was black mold. The air conditioner didn't even work like it should and when I came into the hotel room it was hott! The fridge sounded like a ticking time bomb! Let's not forget even trying to get help from the front desk! She was never even around. I am a choice member to collect points and everything! I asked for a refund and they have yet to reply to me. I have never felt unsafe to shower or bath my kids! Oh let's not forget the TV that was about black. Then the hotel manager came in our room to switch the tv's out! I was in my pajamas how embarrassing! Like he couldn't hand it to my other half through the door and give us the better tv! I would love a refund because I don't even know why I stayed with getting no HELP!

      I stayed at Comfort Inn in Chester, VA on July 28-30. When I checked in everything was fine. That night while trying to go to sleep. I got bit by a bed bug. I turned on the light to make sure I wasn't going crazy. And there it was. I had my daughter call the front desk because I was freaking out. The guy A.... hung up on her. So I called and told him to come to room 511 to witness what was taking place in my room he hung up on me. So I had to go downstairs. He said all he could do is switch my room. I told him that's not good enough. He said we'll you can leave. It's after 10 pm. Leave and go where. I needed a refund so I could go somewhere else. He told me a couldn't. And if I didn't calm down he would call the police.

      Rodeway inn in Casper Wyoming is awful no fridge or microwave in our room, crackheads roaming around outside our room. Weak wifi checking out after 4 days (I paid for a week) and the manager said no refunds

      We stayed at a Quality Inn in Sheboygan Wisconsin last Friday
      When we got there the lady at the desk was complaining very nastily about a previous customer to the customer she was checking in. We checked in then discovered there was no elevator and our room was on the 2nd floor. My husband went back and said that we both have issues that make it hard to go up and down stairs. She said they had no other rooms available and we had already checked in so take it or leave it….we booked thru Priceline… called them… heard the conversation when they called and the lady at the desk said we’d already checked in so she couldn’t do anything. She was extremely rude about it. No apology Priceline wouldn’t refund because it didn’t list an elevator in the amenities.
      I did not know that you had to ask about an elevator in this day and age. We ended up staying as we had no choice and had spent 200 for the room.
      We are very upset with Priceline and Quality Inn. We use priceline several times a month and stay in Choice hotels a lot…. This is the 2nd bad experience we’ve had with a Choice hotel and won’t be staying with them or using priceline anytime in the near future

      Upon calling the customer service number left me on hold for over an hour explain that I did not had the receipt for my prior reservation in order to get my points cause I did had an emergency and need it to reserve another night the lady was not helpful at all and just said ok anything else I can help you and ask the same questions that the other 2 representatives ask me for . I did not get my points or the help I need it .
