  The worse service ever. The quote given to me by Tony was no where close to what he quoted me. The workers scratched, dented, and dropped. The so called Manager-Jeff was not a truthful person and he told the workers to drop off our furniture and stuff right at the door and leave. They sent a smaller truck after telling me it would be a big truck to make one pickup. They wouldn't release our property until we paid an additional $760.00 after paying $1400.00 which is not what I was told. I would never recommend this company with their unprofessional staff.

  DO NOT HIRE PAULY’S MOVERS!!! COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. I was contacted by them about moving also given that line that they don’t have hidden charges like the others. I was quoted $558. When we got to the new house the owner said it would be $1249!!!!! Then, proceeded to say that moving is expensive! Also, two beds were damaged AND as it turns out, they left stuff at the old house that I cannot get!!!! ZERO STARS

  I verbal had a agreement with paul's and he said there was no hidden charges like other companies but he had my furniture on his truck and told my wife that there was another charge for travel time that was already on contract when she sign it but he would not tell the workers to unload truck unless and got another $182.00 more then the contract.I recommend to everybody not to use them,should have paided more to customer reveiws.Going to file with better business bureau.

  Horrible experience. Original quote not honored. Driver was high, tried to steal tools, did not complete job, refused to drop off piano until paid in full, cussed me out...when I asked for job to be finished...left, refused to call owner on my behalf. Scam artists....better to wait an extra week for reliable movers.

  Pauly’s Movers did an extremely wonderful job moving my four bedroom home into my newly built five bedroom home! They wrapped everything nicely and the moving team was amazing. Very professional and polite. Explaining everything to me each step of the way! Highly recommend them!

  Zero stars!!!!! They are terrible and unprofessional. They broke my bed and dresser drawer. They are not good and don't come with the right tools to disassemble anything. Work experience ever!

  Zero stars these guys are scammers changing prices and getting aggressive to their elders. These guys damaged all of mine and my grandchildrens belongings because I didn't give them the full six hundred I owed and now they say I owe 8 hundred more in order to be at all even a little compensated for the damages. These guys need to be closed down. Worst move ever don't do it to yourself

  Pauleys Movers is ABSOLUTELY AWEFUL!!!!
  
  Tony, the "salesman" will give you a quote without any consideration of the inventory and moving requirements you have. He does this because they are going to GROSSLY OVERCHARGE YOU for some hustling guys to come 2 hours late, damage your property and even STEAL from you.
  
  They are not "professional movers". They are heavy lifters. The driver of the 3 guys, Kareem, the driver, even had the nerve to get mad because I did not tip them after I discovered the damage and theft that had occurred. (I had waited to cashapp their tips until my family and I had a chance to look at all the furnishings and open all boxes to make sure everything was there and ok. My items looked like they came from a "Scratch and Dent" sale and an extra-large box of my shoes is missing. The driver, Kareem, said nothing was left on the truck so the other 2 guys must have put it in the separate vehicle they pulled up in. SO GLAD I WAITED TO TIP THEM!!!! HOPE THEY MAKE MONEY SELLING MY SHOES THEY STOLE!!!!!

  Where to start... well my appointment was set and arrival time was suppose to be between 8-9am. At 9:50 and no contact, I was beginning to wonder if I had put the wrong date in my calendar. I called the owner multiple times, left voicemail and no answer. Finally after the 4th call, he answered and said the crew was finishing a move from the day before and would message me when they were on their way. The crew finally arrived at 12:30pm. Through the entire loading process, the crew argued with each other and began complaining to me about the other members. The truck was filled and it was informed they would not be able to complete the move on this date. Once the load was complete and prepared to travel to new residence, one of the crew had a full meltdown and couldn't believe he had to unload as well. He stated he believed it was going to their storage. Completely unprofessional. Upon arrival at the new residence, the crew presented me with the bill. I was quoted with a breakdown of expenses for a total of $2,600. The bill presented was for $4,200. When I reviewed the breakdown, they had doubled the travel cost, gas cost, and had $900 for "additional moving expenses" The owner had no answer and removed approx $1000 which still had me paying $700 over the quote. While unloading, the crew had no regard for the items being unloaded to the point my wife demanded they leave. This left my wife and I to move furniture to the places in the house where they were to be placed. The following day, again, while trying to contact the owner, he refused to answer the phone or call me back regarding the rest of the furniture to be moved after multiple calls, text and voicemail. Second day of the moved was much smoother however cost an additional $1700 What was suppose to be a $2600 move cost over $5000 with a hole placed in the house entry way wall, chipped dinning room table, and a dropped gun safe which cut the dehumidifier cord. Would never recommend to anyone.
