      I was orginally told the movers would arrive between 930a-1030a. By 12n they had not shown, Was told by Haley that they had to do another person first and would be in by 12N. However, they did not show until 530pm after telling Haley that I had to be out of house by 5Pm. Needless to say, the move was a total DIASTER not only that the communication between the office and the actual movers is non exsistant which is frusterating because when you have a business communication is KEY . Needless to say we WILL NOT be using this company Ever again and DO NOT recommned them at all. The three gentlemen that arrived had already moved a house that required several trips. They could not fit all of my belongings in one trip with the smaller truck they were assigned, They were very good as they exhausted all options available to them. This Haley person is a lousy scheduler. It appears that she overbooked the movers. It was MN before they finished with the first load.. Haley said she would csll me first thing Saturday to discuss plans for the the move to be completed. Needless to say, she never called. The man who answered when I called said he did not know anything about my move. This complany DID NOT complete the job. I would give this company a below o rating.
