      Bought several TD gift cards, family member went to activate for purchase of garden accessories online, and the card is already closed. My understanding is they are stopping the sales of gift cards, but by no means should someone purchase ANY, nevermind several and already run into this issue prior registration.

      We were ripped off by a law printer company called ************* wherein the incompetent law clerks/paralegals messed up our projected (originally contracted for $5-6000) turned out to cost us over $16,000 billed to our TD Bank Corporate Credit Card. We filed a credit card charge back for defective service but TD ruled against us, and now we have been paying monthly payments but the interest and finance payments eclipse the monthly payments so the balance keeps getting higher. We would like to avoid filing a summons and complaint lawsuit against TD Bank but we will do so to protect our legal and equitable interests. We are using this BBB service to see if we can negotiate a settlement agreement on the supposed/alleged amount due of $16,233.94 as of October 28, 2022. Please advise.

      TD Bank illegally deposited seven checks made out to my business name into another TD Bank customer's account, without my endorsement on any of them. TD Bank has ignored my multiple communications regarding this matter: phone calls, fraud affidavit filing, in-person visits to local branches, letter from my attorney, notification from the check-issuing bank and my filing of a police report

      I am awaiting a full, detailed response from TD. Obviously a reply of, "we're looking into it" doesn't resolve anything.

      [***** Fargo, the check issuer, presented my Fraud Affidavit to TD Bank in February 2022, and TD Bank opened this investigation (sic) in response. I re-submitted my Fraud Affidavit in April ****** to TD Bank. To date, TD Bank has not done anything to correct this wrongful and illegal behavior, has not contacted me with any clarification questions nor provided me with any meaningful update on my fraud claim.]

      Td bank has been harassing me because I am negative in my account due to hardships. Almost three times a week I receive calls that are extremely belittling and verbally inappropriate by TD bank. I also have explained to them that because of my families hardships we have gone negative. On September 27th 2022 I received the overdraft fees. Since that day I am still going through this hardship. Total in fees to this date from September 27th 2022 is $647. I am currently negative $393 because of this. Every time I speak to someone at this bank they are extremely rude, belittling, and verbally abuse because of my financial position in life. My family and I work extremely hard to get money to pay bills, and everything needed to support a family. In no way should TD bank be allowed to harass me for being negative if they are the reason I am.

      On 10/14 i noticed withdrawals i didnt recognize in the amount 1600$. And my account as a result had 3 $ left. The withdrawals were still Pending So i Called right away. Asked to Stop them, and put thr money back and cancel my card. Its 10/24. No money, no card ( i had to go to t Local did branch a few days ago instead of my lunch and get a card from them but nothing came in the mail yet how am i supposed to pay for my bills if the money is missing its been a week and a half shame on you to the bank. I need my money I need to buy food It

      Talk about kicking people when theyre down. I made a credit payment that got returned, but the reason was that my bank account got compromised and lost a lot of money which then put the account upside and my 40 dollar payment got caught in processing h*** until it finally got returned. My bank manager welcomes TD Bank to call and verify and I have a letter stating what happened and they refuse to acknowledge this and simply return my credit. It's just sad that companies are so cutthroat to this degree, to not have any understanding for when customers have outside interference with their banking.

      This has been an ongoing issue for over a month. My deposited check have processed successfully on the account. However, my account reflect a negative balance. I have called, visited a local branch and no one has been able to identify where my funds are being disbursed. Im filing a claim to assist with speaking with someone to resolve my issue and provide a refund for my money not received. No one has provided a solution for me and this has delayed me in buying a home, paying for my childrens child care, and my everyday functionalities to be successful. Please help me.

      I disputed 3 fraudulent charges on my credit card. I received a letter in the mail saying they were going to refund me two and they forgot the third one. I filed another fraudulent case against the one that was missed and I received a letter in the mail stating it was going be credited back to my card however it has not yet and I get calls every day from TD **** Services about a late payments with fees and interest. Every time I call TD card services to tel them about this Im on the phone for at least an hour or more and then eventually get hung up on after being transferred to customer service, fraud department, and dispute department. I just want this resolved and credit back to my account. This has gone on for over a few weeks now.

      I spoke with ********** from TD **** Services and he stated he has been in contact with the investigator to fix this asap however I have not heard back from him and his phone now goes straight to voicemail after calling him for the past few days. I need someone else from TD **** services or TD Bank to reach back out to me ASAP as this has now started to affect my credit score.

      Money was taken out of my bank account through the TD bank app on Zelle. There were four transactions on June 2. 2 of the transactions were for $450 and $200. The other 2 were resolved by me. The bank is claiming that facial recognition was involved, but I was currently out of the state and asleep. These transactions were done at around 2 am in the morning. I had woken up the next day to about $1,000 being taken out of my I account. I also received text messages that night warning of possible scams which I did not answer and the transactions were still going through. This means that my facial recognition and my bank account was compromised. The only people with access to my banking information is TD.

      I received a call from TD banks phone line stating someone attempted fraud on my account. Then i found out that this person was not a Td Bank service rep after they collected my information. However, somehow they already had my username and password to my online banking and locked me out of my account. I believe TDBANK was hacked and got my information through a Data breach. When I told td bank about this issue they told me this happened all the time and sinply told me to block the TD Bank phone numbers so the hackers stopped calling me. This felt very undermining because these hackers compromised my card information, my online banking, social security , and my general information. They did not let me know how to proceed or did not take any accountability for what happened. I believe TD bank is in the wrong and did not do enough to inform customers of this type of scam. If they were aware of their phone lines being hacked they should have informed customers to let them know about this type of phishing scam and came up with a resolution. It is not professional for them to tell me to block TD bank company number because TD bank is still my bank and the only reason this happened was due to their negligence with my information. In the attachments are all the scam calls that were made from the hackers.
