      The original charge was reversed off of my account due to me not ever approving the charges. Any charges due to this should of been reversed and taken off my account. I have a complaint open with the BBB already for that company that referred that this is on the Bank that issued it. The complaint # is ********. My account number with this ********************** is ****************. I did not approve any charges . This needs to be taken off my account.

      I am attaching transactions that were done through zelle through td bank that I did not authorize. The bank put in an investigation and proved MT account was compromised but still denied and is refusing to give me a refund.

      I am reporting TD Bank for continuously trying to charge me late fees on the day the payment is due and when you talk to them and try dispute the fee they tell you that the payment is due that day and even if you make your payment on the due date, I still get charged a fee. I even made a higher payment then was due and then they stilled are charging me a late fee. I am tired of these companies taking advantage of customers and then when you try to dispute it with customer service, they just hang-** in your face.

      On May 27, 2022 I woke up checked my email to discover someone had hacked into my Venmo and took $500.00 of my money which was not authorized by me. I immediately contacted Venmo as well as my bank TD bank to let them know this was not me I did not authorize this charge and I have no idea who this person is. I did file a police report with my local ******, ** ****************** The bank and Venmo is providing no help stating I have authorized this charge, they come up with poor excuses and send me in complete circles. I have even brought up a **** federal regulation known as Regulation E which requires banks to reimburse customers for unauthorized electronic transactions as long as the customer provides a timely notice which I did. I have a copy of the police report as well as emails to Venmo and the denied statements from the bank. As a longstanding customer with ********************** I am extremely disappointed in how they are handling this situation. Every time I call I get a new person new information and no resolution. I did not authorize this transaction and I need assistance on handling this situation. I don't know how many times I can keep repeating I did not authorize this charge. Please help me rectify this, all I want is the money back into my account that was taken from me.

      vacation started 7/22/22-7/30/22, omw to ******* for a much needed vacation with the lady and kids, everything was goin great until I had to prematurely stop my year planned vacation because my funds that had cleared my account a loan and a check went from available balance to pending in which my card was stolen and reported, account was breached becasue the lady stated that someone had called 3 times befoer i called and the still have not admitted to allowing someone to retrieve my info and they are acting like this didnt happan and i was told this the 1 time i called on 7/23/22 around 4am. I got informed that my account was blocked, and tdbank had cut ties with me for no reason, I need to be compensated for that i was unable to enjoy because I have to drive 7 hours back to my hometown to talk to a bank manager because they will not tell me through customer service what is going on.... that has caused stress, anger pain and a **** for a bank that is going to not allow my account to get breached. My loan had cleared my account, 2 hours later I was blocked, and told that td banks is cutting ties with me, after I just paid over $300 in fees that were due to tdbank and they would not approve me for a loan but another company did, and its funny how my account went from available balance to pending and me beign blocked out of my own account and no one able to give me any info about it...this needs some explaining

      I have been a TD bank customer for over 20 years. I recently went on vacation and was charged 3 times by one vendor resulting in over **** in charges. I immediately disputed the charges and after the "investigation" they told me I would not be getting my money back. It is unbelievable to me that TD would not credit me back my money. They told me I now have to dispute the results of the first dispute. Once this is over I am closing my account and going to a different bank.

      I have TD bank credit from Raymour and ********. I have 5 years 0% interest and I pay way above minimum payment and have paid consistently for over 27 months. I use electronic transfer and one month payment arrived one day late even though I sent transfer several days early. Anyway, I not only got hit with a late fee, I then received multiple fees that I wasnt aware of and they also decided to change my minimum payment to a new amount more than what I normally pay. My minimum amount due was 86 dollars and I pay 250 consistently. Now my minimum payment last month was $263 but they cant justify why and I didnt know so I paid 250 like normal. Now I have even more penalties and when I called to discuss I was met with the rudest and worst customer service possible. I would rather go into collections and never pay another dime now. Funny there are several class action lawsuits already against TD for this type of nonsense.

      I requested two zero balance transfer checks to pay off another credit card balance (citi card) in April 2021. One of the checks were never received by Citi card. TD Bank removed the charge on my account and then put it back on my account. They have continually charged late fees and interest (which is really bizarre because it was a 12 month 0% transfer check). I have had several calls over the last year and no resolution until April of this year they removed the zero balance charge but none of the fees or interest! The problem is now this has dropped my credit rating from over 800 to 711. Is there anything that can be done?Thank You ****

       This is inaccurate - please look at the statement. The $690.00 was credited then debited again ! I was in contact with TD bank to correct - I sent a letter to TD Bank from ********* stating they did not receive the transfer check. I did not pay TD Bank because they kept the balance transfer check on my account

      I had a charged off account occur in April of 2020. There have been no correspondences since, no collection agency offering a monthly repayment option. On July 14, 2022, I received a notification that TD BANK was now choosing to exercise their right of a set off, and withdrew funds in the amount of $1709.19 with no other warning. This has set me into financial disarray, as I have a fixed income during the summer months, and now cannot afford my bills and basic living expenses. When I called customer care to ask about recouping some of this loss, and getting onto a repayment plan, they said "there is nothing they can do,as it wasn't a bank error." They are essentially refusing to help me and to provide respectable customer care.

      Couple months ago, a fraudulent account at TD was opened under my name. I found this out when I received a letter in the mail that had stated I overdrafted my account. The perpetrators somehow managed to link it to my main account. I never overdraft my account. I immediately contacted TD bank and let them know about this situation. They notified me that they will send a letter and start an investigation. Its been a few weeks and no notice or any contact regarding the account. NOW, they have placed some kind of hold on my personal account and urged me to go to my local branch. When I go to my local branch, they tell me to contact the fraud department. I am not sure which department to go to or what to do next. All of my money is stuck in the account. At this point, I just want any / every account at TD closed and want a cashier check of my remaining balance.
