      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to Experian and Transunion Credit Bureaus, and with TD AUTO FINANCE to have this account removed from my file and they are always saying the same excuse, which is no longer acceptable. I have filed this as an outcome of Identity Theft. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from Experian and Transunion Credit Bureaus. Thus, I am reaching out to seek assistance to have TD AUTO FINANCE confirm that I have no account with them and that the Experian and Transunion Credit Bureaus can simply remove it from my credit report.

      According to TDBank.com a new customer will receive $200 upon completion of a new account with at least $500 in direct deposits within ******************************************************************************** at 180 days of opening the new account. The advertisement also states that TD Bank can take these funds back if the account is closed within 180 days. Now my issue is that Ive not only met the requirements of the new account, but *** actually moved all my banking to this institution. TD Bank is refusing to deposit the $200 bonus until my account has reached 180 days of being open. Their advertisement clearly states that this can be done before the 180 day mark * can be taken back if I close the account (which I dont have intentions of doing).Ive spoken with member ************** spoken with the promotional department. In the promotional department I spoke with an individual named ***** who refused to give me his last name, his supervisors name, and refused to escalate my call to someone that could help me.So to recap, I created a new account with intentions of receiving a $200 bonus. I met all the new account requirements. Ive had $1000 in direct deposits since I started the account less than 60 days ago. The bank is refusing to help me get the funds Im entitled to according to their advertisement. If theyre not able to pay out the bonus once all the requirements are met, then their ad shouldnt state that the deposit can be done before the 180 day *****

      I have two bank accounts: *********** and **** of America. I asked them to close my account in July but they did not. They also said they were investigating fraud , which has happened before when I bought tickets off a ** based website. They refused to close my account and put me under a fraud investigation but refused to relay the latter. They said they cannot use my account because of that and told me everything would when the fraud e when it clears. To fund my new account immediately I transferred $1200 via Zelle to my TD bank account after but I made a mistake because the email I used to register zelle was the same one I had used for **** of America. The money was transferred to TD bank. I called customer service and they told me TD never bothered to close my account and my money will be stuck there until resolution. ts *** four months, since around July Fourth. I spoke with the branch manager and they sad they would send a check. I never received one and spoke to another employee who said to call customer service. I did and customer service said my account was still open all this time. I visited the branch again and they said they would refund the $1200 in the for of a Cashier's Cheque. The ***** manager agreed back in September and I have yet t receive my my money. I spoke with someone else are and they gave me the runaround and told me to call customer service AGAIN.

      My identity was stolen and used to open an account with TD bank June 2022. I have been trying to dispute this claim since it was opened. TD Bank refuses to resolve this. Every time I call in I am told something different or straight out lied to. They first said that they would mail me a letter to dispute the account. The letter was never received. After trying this for several months. Now they are going to try to email me a letter to dispute it. I still dont have the email days later. They have the email of the person that opened the account. I believe that they are emailing that email. The latest phone call with TD Bank I spoke with thehighest supervisor of e-commerce who put me on hold then hung up on me. I have spent hours trying to resolve this. Now TD bank has another department calling me demanding the money. Help!

      I had an auto loan through TD Auto Finance from 2012-2017. I completely paid off the loan in 2017. I never received a release of lien document when the loan was paid off. I am now in the process of trying to sell my car and I need a copy of the lien release document. It has been a month now since the time I first requested my lien release document. This company continues to give me evasive answers every time I try to get any clarification or status updates on when I can expect to receive the lien release document. I have called the company EVERY SINGLE DAY from Oct 4th till today Oct 11th, sometimes twice daily to check on the status of them sending this document. Every time I speak to an agent there is another excuse for why I have not received the document. I have been told multiple times they are going to overnight it, and it never arrives. They have even admittedly messed up my document and sent it to another address that was not associated to my account. This is clearly an abuse of corporate power. My loan was paid off over 5 years ago and I have no recourse for their deceptive practices. I am now suffering serious finial losses because of their negligent practices. From the time I requested the document until now the appraisal value of my car has dropped form $8,000 to $5,400 (that is a difference of $2,600). I have proof of in-person car appraisal. TD Auto Finance has not sent me the lien release document and thus I have been unable to sell my car and the value of my car continues to drop every day. I also have detailed dated records of every communication I have had with TD Auto Finance in my attempts to acquire this document.

      TD bank is in violation of my consumer rights. Reporting errors on my credit profile with no valid proof a late payment was added to my report without my knowledge. I have never been late or have I missed any payments my account is open and in good standing. TD is violating my consumer rights under the **** per section 15 1666B (a) where it states no creditor shall report a late payment on an open account for any purpose Not to mention this is a secured card that never received an upgrade that I have had for 6 years or more I am being treated very unfairly by TD bank.

      First time using TD bank and all I can say is that I have had only bad experiences. First, when opening the account, I had to deposit $100 and leave untouched, I deposited $200 at a TD BANK ATM, but only $100 reflected on my account. Then I deposited $420 at the same ATM, and only $9 was reflected on my account. I have never heard of any bank having these types of issues where somebody deposits money, and the money gets lost. I contacted customer service and all the said was that I had to wait for the investigation and that I couldnt do anything, like I didnt have bills to pay. Irresponsible, terrible bank. I cannot wait until this gets resolved so I can take the money out and go to a different franchise.I need TD BANK to solve the issues, fix that ATM and give me my money back.

      They do not provide information needed regarding transaction from previous year in order to submit for taxes. This makes it impossible to write off business expenses along with withholding information that should be readily available for the consumer.

      Today 10.10.22 went into bank to cash my paycheck that is a TD Bank check. Had 2 forms of ID. Was told they wouldn't cash it because I didn't have account w Bank. And if they cashed it there be a $10. Fee.They were very rude. I thought if a check is written from bank they have to cash it. I've never been treated so rudely. Hannafords cashed it for $1. With just my license. As it should be.

      Not only have you ignored my prior requests for validation of this inquiry but you also continue to report this to the credit bureaus causing damage to my character. I am giving last chance to DELETE this on the consumers report at once or I will *** your company for violations of my consumer rights as indicated under both the ***** and the **** and DEMAND $1000 for all damages you caused to my character.
