    I am a ** citizen currently living in ***************. I purchased a custom game controller through Gamenetics December 15, 2023 as a Christmas present for my son. The cost of the controller was 106,95 euro and I paid an additional 41,95 euro for *** worldwide shipping. I didn't receive confirmation of order being sent out till January 11th. I received a *** tracking number at this point and was able to track delivery. Once it arrived at a warehouse in ***************, it sat for over three weeks. A message that more information was needed from sender (for package to be cleared from customs). The sender (Gamenetics) did not respond. Even after I emailed and chatted with them on website they said they were unclear and would look into it. I then discovered *** sent it back to their facility in ******, *****. I was again emailed them to tell them what was happening. They have ignored and not responded. So, the controller I paid for has been sent to *************** and back to the **. I have called *** and there is nothing they can do and I need to contact seller (which I have done no less than five times). All I am asking for is a refund of the controller and shipping totaling $161.58 USD. They have no number to call and as I said before, have stopped responding to my emails.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I have also emailed them and tried contacting via a chat messaging platform on their website.  Ive had no response.  What are the next steps?

    On Dec 26 2024, I purchased a customer controller from **********************. The controller was paid for and I received an email receipt. After not hearing anything I emailed the company asking when I should receive the controller. They emailed me back saying 2-4 weeks as they were behind due to the holidays.At 4 weeks I sent another email, to which they responeden4-6 weeks. Now it has been over 6 weeks and no sign of the controller. I would like the item that I paid for.This is stealing and fraud.

    I purchased a XBOX controller for my son for Christmas. I received the controller, however it would not pair via Bluetooth to the ***** I notified ***************************** emailed me a return tag to send the controller back. That controller was sent back and received on 1/2/2024. Over the past two weeks I have inquired several times via email and on their website as to an update on my merchandise repair. I have heard nothing in return. There is also no phone number to contact the company. I want either a complete refund of my money or my goods in working condition as stated by the company when originally purchased. My order number is #****.

    I ordered my product and was never given a confirmation email regarding shipping or anything of the sort. But they made sure to take my money. And now that Im emailing them, they say they have no record of me ordering anything

    Purchased mid-late November : Controller delivered December 16th. This is a custom made controller : Under my knowledge return policy is 30 days - Let alone i believe the 60 day warranty for controller breaking ect.. 19 days after receiving said controller the custom back button on the right side, linked to the front circle button. Quit working. Now everyonce in awhile it will act like my left back button linked too the triangle button. Mind you each back button is like $30 dollars each added to the total for the back buttons. The company I got to reply one time to my email. They asked for my order number which I gave. Mind you it broke under policy and it has been a week with out contact from the business with my return shipping label. I gave them multiple chances even said I am going to contact bbb because I am under warranty AND RETURN policy. I request that you to look up gamenetics on Instagrams most recent post and look at all the complaints. The company has no communications team and when you spend 300 for a controller I'd expect more professionalism when there product fails. But mind you they have all the time in the world to upload tik toks- ******* shorts and ads. But can't talk to the customers. I will wait no more because I'm not being kicked out of the return policy or warranty. I have a video of the night it broke to prove it doesn't work and the date. If needed

    I purchased a "ready to ship" controller on 12/7/23. I have tried to get an estimated date on when the controller will be sent out. the customer service will not directly address my questions. I would like my item sent out or my money refunded. I am trying to see if my item will sent out and received before Christmas, When I looked at their social media, it was flooded with complaints about how they never received their property and how their customer service is terrible.

    Purchase made on 11/30 for a controller. $182 spent and I have sent numerous messages on all platforms to the company. I have gotten zero response.

    I bought the controller in July. When I started having problems with the controller I started emailing the company in October to get help with a warranty claim to get it fixed. They would never email me back after several attempts. I would have been ok paying to have it fixed but the company won't respond back to any of my requests. I have included screen shots of the email chains with the company
