Modern ************ is wonderful. They listen to my concerns and solve them. **** is my tech and he has done a terrific job of getting rid of mice and every other bug. I highly recommend Modern ************ for annual service.

Beware of "Self Renewing" agreements. Modern Pest will show up unannounced and you will have to pay the ******* cancel their services in must be in WRITING.someone from our property signed an agreement 7 years prior, and I didn't realize it was self renewed annually.Modern Pest Services

Our annual agreements are set to renew automatically to ensure your home has continuous, year-round protection from pests without any gaps in service. For these scheduled visits, our policy is to provide advance notice using the contact information we have on file. With long-standing agreements, this information can sometimes become outdated, leading to a communication gap.

These guys are absolute experts. I had mice, ants, and other bugs. Had. They diagnosed the problem and with regular maintenance have kept it away. Value for money.Modern Pest Services

In 2019, this company acquired a local pest control company we previously used (and were very happy with). We were initially apprehensive about whether the service level would suffer. So far all has been fine for interior pest control and termite service. 5-stars because when we had a mouse problem a couple of years ago, our tech, ******* *., did a *very* thorough job of inspecting the house and baiting and sealing potential entry points. The traps worked and apparently the sealing did too since we haven't had any more mouse issues since then (and in his subsequent visits ******* always checks the previously affected areas to make sure there are no new signs of mice).Modern Pest Services

I had this company for 8 years, I called yesterday to schedule my service and was told my contract was cancelled. NO call, NO letter, NO notification, NO reason given, just simply cancelled for NO good reason! What poor business practice! I had this company when they were EcoPest Control and they were good. Since they have been taken over by Modern Pest the service has become horrible and they way the treat the paying customers is awful!Modern Pest Services

The technician called me and explained what I needed to do to help keep mice out of my shed. He told me to call him when I had done what he said and he would come back and rebait the stations. He was very thorough. In the past when I have had a problem in my house they have been very good about responding quickly.Modern Pest Services

Dispatch, scheduling, personnel are all very efficient. I only give a 3 star average rating because the price we pay for three 30-minute visits per year is no longer cost effective. We are considering dropping the tri-annual rodent plan.Modern Pest Services
