      We've had modern pest taking care of the bugs and rodents that come with living near woods and water. I was about to look for a new company because their rates went up again & some of the service people were less than interested In really getting the job done. Today's technician changed my mind. He went through all the traps, advised on the how to handle when we do see mice, spiders...he was very helpful ??.

      Modern Pest is NO LONGER the reliable pest control company that it was. We have been customers since 1988. This past year the company reduced the yearly visits from 4 to 3, increased the price from $30/monthly to $57/monthly, scheduled visits that NEVER OCCURRED and summarily decided NOT TO OPEN THE DOOR WITH THE KEY WE WERE FORCED TO PRODUCE FOR THE TECHNICIAN making the visit useless as no service was rendered as well as many other annoyances. The new owners have ruined a valuable and long standing company.

      I recently had two very positive experiences with the professionals at Modern Pest. John recently performed our regular service and took the time to answer all my questions. Similarly Amanda was helpful when I called the office to schedule a follow up appointment.

      Modern Pest has been overseeing our facility for quite some time - Our Technician, John Phillips is outstanding at keeping our facility free and clear of pest (large or small). If we have an incident and we reach out to John, he is there the same day - Could be a raccoon that got in our trash compactor, bird / spider problems etc. - He arrives same day and takes care of the problem with a smile on his face! This is exceptional service and keeps our manufacturing facility free of any pests - He is an asset to our business!!
