      Covertus charges over 10x the price of phenobarbital, which is an extreme ******************* up, to the point where they are price gouging the consumer. I was unaware of this markup until I took it upon myself to research and shop around. While I paid $150 for the prescription through Covertus, my local pharmacy offered the same drug at less than $15 total. I think its unacceptable to charge such a high margin for life saving medication, and that there is no transparency for the consumer as to how much more they are paying to Covertus for no apparent reason. When I reached out to customer service, there was no satisfactory response for the extremely high price of the medication. Shop around and do not buy here.

      Run as fast as you can to Chewy, Amazon, or any place that can fulfill a prescription order for your pet. Our vet recommended a prescription cat food for my aged and sick cat. Website to this joke of a company stated shipping in 3-5 days and wed receive an e-mail when shippedheres the story;??* day 4we called as we didnt not receive the food. Automated voice saying high volume and wait time4-6 HOURS. We decided to call next morning. ?* day 5good news we thought because the automated response was the wait time was ***** minutesprogress yes? Wrong, 3 hours and ******************** queue with a periodic interlude apologizing for the waitnobody ever picked up. ?* while in call queue we decide to use another phone and select the option to not wait in queue and have someone call us backsomehow 25 minutes later, we get a call back. We inform the cs agent that we are still in the queue waiting for the next make believe agent to pick up ?* After the obligatory apologies, we find that our order hadnt been processed yet and would likely ship next Tuesday or Wednesday. Wife asked about the promised 3-5 daysoh! Thats to process the order and another 3-5 in shipping lead time. My wife informed cs agent that is NOT what the order process states on-line. Offered 20% discount when it ships. Really? 20% discount for dreadful customer service that potentially impacts the life of our pet??* We ordered another batch from Chewy but because we wrongly trusted this firm, we still have to wait for a prescription diet for our ailing cat. ?* sent e-mail to the customer care about the urgency of my order and to let them know of my extreme displeasure in their dysfunctional call center, inept customer service, and deplorable misinformation. This review is my first of many reviews wherever I can get the word out to avoid others putting their pets in danger. ?

      They are horrible. They dont answer their phones. When I do get through it a click and Im disconnected. I places an order with them and I was told ***** sends it out directly. When I called ***** that had no idea what I was talking about and didnt have my order. I tried calling Covetrus back but I cant get through to anyone. Oh and I was charged for this the day they got my order.

We currently do have a high call volume and are working through calls as quickly and efficiently as possible. After reviewing your account, I do show you were able to talk to one of our representatives yesterday, 11/29/2023. I wanted to take the time to explain our partnerships with our diet manufacturers a bit more in depth as they are unique. Once an order gets placed, it gets sent directly to the ********************** for fulfillment. Any questions regarding the diet orders still needs to be routed through our customer service team. When an order gets placed, a "pre-authorization" does show up on bank accounts, however, you will never be hard charged until the order ships out. Thank you for sharing this valuable feedback. We are continuously working on ways to improve this experience for our pet owners.

      I have just started using this online pharmacy and its a joke so far . I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Nothing but problems so far and have to pay to have meds overnighted cause they are incompetent,leaving my dog without her much needed meds.

      I would respond to this company as horrible, would give them a negative review if I could. Recieved a email from my vet and Covetrus regarding a long term medication for my dog on 10/19/23. Sent in a response to this and ordered the meds. I didn't however order the autoship at that time. The shipping was free for orders over $49, I opted for the 3-5 days shipping. They moved extra costs to a "handling fee". After waiting 4 days which wasn't counting weekends, I recieved a tracking number finally which stated the order still had no delivery date. I contacted Covetrus and they stated the meds take 3-5 days to make. ????? After seeing that I informed them their website stated delivery in 3-5 days(not including weekends) This is my first experience with this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE. To contact them you wait for hours on hold, by the way short staff is not excuse. Or you live chat with a computer "Bark Bot", which DOES NOT answer any questions and refers you to customer service line. You have a company and people are paying you large amounts of money for your product they need for the animals. This is so unexceptable and inexcusable.

      This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with in ordering pet food. I cancelled my autoship and they still charged me for another bag. This is a prescription dog food so it's not cheap. I spent 2 hours on the phone today with no answer.

      Horrible customer service in the past month. I always praised this companys customer service, but not anymore. You can no longer get through to a representative despite being on hold for 60 minutes 2 times in the past week. I resorted to ordering our cats methimazole online. I ordered on 10/24. I received an email that the medication was being sent out on 10/28. They sent a tracking number that does not work. I may find another veterinarian if this is my only choice for an online pharmacy. Prior to this past month when I ordered from a Covetrus representative, I had my order within 4-5 business days. Now, it is not even being shipped out until then. This is unacceptable in my opinion.

      Worse than horrible. Took a long time to receive the order AND when it did arrive it was for another customer. Ordered 60 capsules of 10 mg prozac and received 180 tablets of 25 mg zoloft. Go figure. Their quality control is obviously non existent. Then after having to return the item *** they issue a refund and call it good. So where the heck is the correct prescription? Our veterinarian had to put in another order and at this point we are waiting for it to arrive.
