      I attempted to place a refill order for cat food today. I had forgotten my password. The message told me that a reset link was sent to my email address, however, it was not. I waited and tried two more times later and still no results. I verified nothing was sent to my junk folder. I receive sales promotion emails from them, but seems they do not want to let me reset my password.I tried calling their phone number and after following the voice prompts, twice the call was disconnected. I tried to offer my vet feedback as this is their online pharmacy, and they suggested I email instead which I am not inclinded to do since they aren't sending me the password reset link to start with. Their prices are high anyway, so I deciced to order through Chewy instead. I would actually give them 0 stars as there is no excluse to run a company this way.

      This company has let ******* pet down. I have been using my vet for 20 years, but I will change vets if they will not let me use a different online pharm. My cat has severe mutilation issues, to the point her tail had to be amputated. She then started ripping her hair out & chewing her foot causing open wounds. They suggested prozac. It has been helping but was warned that it would be bad for her to just stop, it would mess w/ her brain. I placed an order in which I had refills. They send my vet an approval request, but they thought they were asking for another prescrip so they declined it since there were refills. I happened to get very sick & bedridden. I became concerned as to why the meds were not here I checked the status but it was canceled because my vet was confused & declined. I quickly placed the order again since she was almost out of meds, I paid an extra $20 to ship faster. As soon as I made the order I realized it was set to CC that I canceled.I called them to make sure it got that day & fix the CC. She promised me she changed the payment. tho the invoice still showed the wrong CC. She said she would rush the order. I pass out afterwards. I get up at 4 & it now states, declined payment. I call back, which they make you leave your ******** call you back. They call back at almost 5 & they said nothing could be done it would not go out til Mon.Monday comes, I dont wake up until 1 & see they still had not filled it even tho the payment was taken out of my account on Fri. Can't get anyone on the phone until almost 2, through my sore throat & coughing, I had to throw a fit to get them to rush the order. Because they messed up I had to pay an extra $33. Meds were on sale, now they werent & paid for rush shipping. The 1st lady said she would not charge shipping, the 2nd lady said they would not charge shipping. I got charged for shipping. I hope the meds get her before she damages her foot. She is acting crazy & I am too sick to follow her around.

I will ensure this gets processed today and you will see that refund back in your account within 3-5 business days. Additionally, I see you had an $11.59 discount on the original canceled order. I will put an additional refund in the amount of $11.59 on the order as well. Please note, these will be two separate transactions that have to be processed on separate days. With the holiday season, please give it a couple weeks for those refunds to show up on your bank account. I do show this order was delivered on 12/19/2023.       There is not a way to contact the company concerning your order. The chat bot is broken. It refuses to connect to a person and abruptly ends the chat. The phone routing system doesnt work and drops the call. The email form on contact is does not submit. It is unacceptable for a company in 2023 to have these issues.

      I would not have given them any stars if possible. They would have gotten negative stars. Absolutely no response when I called, emailed and attempted to chat with anyone at Covetrus. They are over priced for their products compared to other on ******** pharmacies. I have now been waiting for more than three weeks for my first order. Sadly while I was waiting for the first order I placed another order a week later, that of course hasn't arrive either. Meanwhile my dogs are waiting for their much needed medication !!       Called yesterday (12/15) and spoke with an agent, ******** (who was very nice) about getting an order cancelled (it had not shipped at that time and she was communicating with a less to get it done). Said she would call me back and never did. Sat on hold for literally four hours today (luckily I can wear headphones while working) and still no luck. Order shipped already so I need to get a return rolling now or Ill be on hold for 30 days and not be able to return. But guess whatcant through by phone, email, or chat. ********************* and call your vet clinic and ask if anyone else has had issues and if theyd consider changing.

      1. Their phone system isn't working! It cuts me off every time I try.2. I received and was charged for two bottles of insulin when I only have one on autoship. I don't need two. My cat is very old and while I hope he lives to go through two more bottles, I don't know and don't want to pay over $180 when I may not need the medicine. 3. Their Live Chat is a bot and will not send me to a live agent even though I tried during operational hours. 4. I don't think their "contact us" email system works either.

      1 star not some much for delayed order, but mostly for bad customer service today. Order for my dog's prescription food was placed on Nov 30th, shipped on Dec 1st and still not here on the 7th. I called Monday and they told me they had to wait until Thursday and if it wasn't here they would reorder/reship. I was not happy but at least got a workable timeline with a plan in place. Today I call back to inform them the order has not arrived and the person I spoke to was absolutely no help. He said we now have to wait until next week to see if my food has arrived and if not THEM they would do something. Had I known I'd be waiting another freaking week I would have done something different. But now my dog is out of food and this place has been no help. I would have expected someone working customer service for a vet pharmacy to have more compassion and be more helpful with a solution instead of having a big "You're screwed, deal with it" attitude. It's not like I can just go to the store and get this prescription food.

      Placed my Rx order 8 days ago. Still hasnt shipped. Called today, and spent an hour on hold without ever getting through to speak with someone. Also utilized the Live Chat chatbot feature, but all it did before abruptly ending the chat was refer me to the email I already had. I need a reliable and responsive company for my pets prescriptions. This company is clearly not that.

      No way to contact this company. No way to chat, send a message or speak with someone at customer service.My dog had a really bad reaction to a dog food I got from them.Contacted the manufacturer and they told me to return the product request a refund from this company. Impossible to contact. I will complaint with my vet I hope he can do something about this.

      Take your money refuse to give shipping info. Refuse to respond to emails. 3-5 days shipping is a joke. Still waiting..... day 11.
