      Terrible service. We need Prozac for our cat compounded into treat form. Every single time there is a problem with the order. All of a sudden they won't fill a 90 day supply, which means more shipping and "handling" fees for us. Then all of a sudden they will it for 90 days but not in the flavor we ordered. So we change the flavor choice and now all of a sudden chicken flavor is out of stock. It's a constant struggle. They never have what you order. You wait on hold forever. No on calls you back. And these treats are grossly overpriced and all it is is the pill ground up in a very gross treat that our cat hates. We have to cut it into pieces and give it in pill pockets for him to tolerate it. Actively looking for another option I would not use covetrus if you don't have to.

      The service is awful! Ive been waiting for Rx food for my dog for two weeks now and they are clueless. Its not like I can run out to store and buy the same kind. Ive cancelled all my auto ships with Covetrus and will order through Chewy! They are way more dependable!

      I am sorry to hear about your experience in receiving the Purina Pro Plan Food for *******. We understand how important prescription foods are for your pets health. Our process with shipping our diet items is a little bit different than Chewy. As Chewy carries their food items in their own warehouse, we are partnered up with the manufacturer to ship directly from their facilities to ensure the freshest product available. Currently, the manufacturers are seeing about a **** business day delay in shipping orders. 

      Due to this inconvenience, I am happy to refund 50% of the order once it ships out. We appreciate your feedback on this matter as we are continually working alongside all of our diet partners to provide excellent customer service to all of our pet parents. While we never want you to feel the need to go elsewhere, your pets health comes first. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns you'd like to pass along.

      Wow. These guys are terrible and it is my first order. My vet ordered gabapentin for my cat for travel. We order through them, but I get a suspicious email from a different vendor, GPM Petowner Support, wanting my ID and birthdate- when I called, I am upfront slammed with a "survey" before I can even get to a person to give them this information - fearing scam, I hung up and called my vet. My vet gave me the number to them directly - and then the endless on hold. We need this by a certain date.. which we will not likely get

      Every time I have ordered my cats compounded medication, there has been a problem. Most recently I ordered 10 days ago and still have not received medication. Tried to chat with agent yesterday but was in hold for long time. Gave up and called. Again was on hold for 20 plus min. until agent answered. She put me on hold, came back and said she didnt why order had not been filled but that she would reduce delivery time from 3-5 business days to 1-2 days when it was filled. Gee thanks for nothing. Have called vet and they recommended a different pharmacy for next order. It cant be any worse than Covetrus.

      Easy to place an order and a very speedy charge to your credit card. No follow through on actually delivering your order. No communication regarding the status of your order or the fact that is was not being delivered. No response to emails and very long wait times to speak with someone. Difficult to get a refund for an order they failed to deliver. Very poor customer service.

      They lied to my orthopedic surgeon vet stating they had life saving antibiotic available and they didnt! Accepted our order accepted credit card never took time to tell us the truth meanwhile dog critically ill. Unscrupulous!

Unfortunately, each medication can go out stock at any time and we may not be aware of it right away.       Why would I order again when someone on your staff verbally lied to our orthopedic vet surgeon and never followed your stated protocol of notifying pet parents? There are many adverse reviews on BBB about your organization so clearly this is not an isolated case.

      First time order for Sarcoid Xxterra Herbal Paste for my horse. Paid $309.93 for medication. Never arrived. Called Covetrus they said they forgot to fill my order. Would send it out and arrive in 2 days, and void the shipping cost. 2 days go by, call no order, was told it was canceled! No phone call or email to tell me it was canceled. But verbally stayed my vet canceled order which was not true. Now I was told it would be 3 days for my order to arrive! Terrible company would never refer them to anyone. If you love your pet go elsewhere.

      We have reviewed the interactions you had with our **************** Representatives and will meet with those individuals to discuss these interactions as they did relay some incorrect information. Due to the medication you ordered being an over-the-counter item and not requiring your veterinarian's approval, our system takes the time to perform a check of the order information. This is to ensure that the client on the account is who is placing the order. Your veterinarian's website is publicly accessible to anybody who has the web address, which makes this a vital step for any order that is not reviewed by the veterinarian or pharmacist. Unfortunately, your first order had been canceled by the system instead of reactivated for shipping, causing the delay. 

      I show a new order was placed on Saturday with free expedited shipping and an $87 discount due to the trouble.       We have our cat's prescription, which is a compounded medicine in treat form, with Covetrus. They usually email us when the prescription has shipped. This past month, we got the email informing us that our cat's prescription had been shipped by **** A week went by and we did not receive any tracking information regarding the shipment, and our supply of medication was down to a 1-day supply. When we called Covetrus directly, they said that they had NOT actually shipped the medication, and that they did not have the ingredients on hand to make it. They used both the "supply chain" and the "short-staffed" excuses. However, neither explains why they would send an email falsely claiming to have shipped it, and furthermore, they never contacted us to let us know, so that we could get an emergency supply from our vet. They also would not overnight the medication after claiming that they suddenly had the ingredients on hand and would compound it the same day as we called. This is a medication that should not be interrupted, leaving me with few options other than to hope for the best until I can get a different dosage form from my vet.

      spent $379.00 on heartgard and nextgard for 12 months of treatment. two weeks after i received it my dog suddenly died. i sent them an email requesting a refund. after a few days not hearing back from them i called to see what they could do. they informed me that since it had been 31 days (return policy 30 days) that at best they could do was to refund 1/2 half of the amount. i told them about the email i had sent before the 30 day limit. they said they couldn't find it so take 1.2 or nothing. pretty poor customer service.
