    I ordered this product on June 9th. On the ******* website, it says the company is in ********. I was ordering this as a Father's Day gift and I knew I waited until the last minute to order so I was not expecting the product to be delivered by then, but I was ok with it coming in the next week. A week later, I received tracking information and saw it was coming from ***** ????. I was not made aware of this!!!! After two weeks, the product was not even in the **. After multiple emails asking for a refund, I was given the run around. It says my product was delivered on June 30, but I DO NOT have this item. I still patiently waited 3 days before I emailed them again, telling them I still have not received my item, and again asked for a refund. Now I'm being ignored. Please do NOT deal with the company!

    Order placed on 6/10l2025 and never received it. **************** won't refund me cause they said it shipped even though it shows in the tracking it has been sitting in ******** for over 20 days and I am in *****. Most companies file a claim with the logistics and reship or refund but this scam company told me they are not refunding me cause the items shipped. Do not do business with this ************

    I ordered a couple pairs of pants over a month ago still havent received them and every time I try to reach out to them its a discontinued number. I have tried emails. They do not respond. They are rip off artist.

    I give this site ZERO stars! I ordered a hat for my father in law a month ago and it would say that it was coming from ***** and always says in transit and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them and no response. I called the number and it says call cannot be competed. Please dial *611 for a service representative. They will take your money just like they took mine. BE AWARE!

    Worst company to deal with, ordered a shirt on the 12th of December, no delivery yet, always " in transit " run, don't walk away from this company.

    BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!!!!!I ordered a pair of pants size 40 waist. I wear 38 but the reviews indicated they run small. Once I got shipping information to track my order, I saw it was being shipped to be directly from *****. The shipment took 2 weeks but it did arrive. Once opened, the problem was obvious since the pants had a huge label showing 4XL. I contacted them via email indicating the problem. They responded that they would like to give me a 20% discount and I could keep the pants and give them to someone else. Which means, they'd like me to take an 80% loss instead of returning them. I responded I did not want to do that and wanted to continue with my refund. They countered by offering a 30% discount and keep the pants. So the offered to reduce the loss margin from 80% to 70%. I again rejected it and asked for my refund. The immediately said I'd have to pay $6.95 return shipping. I asked why I would have to pay return shipping when it was 100% their fault. No answer.Finally, I asked where I would have to return them to and they gave me an address in ************. I had to request the shipping label which they quickly responded with. I mailed them back and they were received in ********** in 3 days. So, I watched my credit card receipt to watch for the refund. Ten days after they had received the item, I made an inquiry about the refund with no response. I made another inquiry at 11 days with no response. I made a 3rd inquiry with a response that the refund was being processed but it would take 10 days. However, the refund amount was much less than it should have been. So I didn't respond until I actually saw that it was a pending transaction on my credit card and contacted them via email. The email bounced back as blocked. I used my business email and it bounced back as blocked. So I used my wife's email and it too was blocked. My calls indicate their number is disconnected. Beware, these people are ******* con-artist ripoffs and Good Luck!

    Ordered 3xl shirts. Would fit my 11 year old grandson. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. Never again. They were like kid's shirts. Zero stars. I looked like *********************** on a bad SNL skit. Two thumbs way down.

    Where to begin. All the the merchandise I finally received was pretty cheesy ******* garbage. When they stated everything was in stock they mean in stock in *****. Shipping took forever. One item actually originated in ***** according to tracking. Does that city ring any bells. I tried to return and they offered a 40% and then a60% discount to keep it. I accepted to end the hassle but never received any refund. They dont respond to any contact. They dont even deserve 1 star . Dont patronize this business.

    Products were not to size and the company went dark after trying to exchange for a larger size. This company has no regard for customer satisfaction and is not likely a scam. Buyer beware. Avoid at all costs.

    This is quite possibly the most shady operation I have ever seen. I will save you the headache. Take the money you would spend on products from this company and light it on fire or flush it down the toilet. I ordered shirts, and they were never delivered. They asked me to be patient with them as they worked on the issue, which I now believe is a ploy to buy time in hopes of losing interest and giving up my demands for what I paid for. They were insulting in explaining that I was wrong, that they were told by the post office that they had been delivered, but they never were. I have followed up multiple times, pleading for the things I ordered, and have had almost no response other than the aforementioned email. Which was the original email asking for my patience. I am not going to allow you to continue to do this. My mission is to save as many people as possible from doing any business with your criminal organization. Yes, that's what it is called when money is paid for a service that never happens.
