    They sent ** the wrong item. I've emailed back and forth with them for a while and they've negotiated up to 60% refund for boots that are the wrong size and color. I've insisted each time that we want to return them for a full refund or exchange for the right size + color. They've stopped responding. We seem to be stuck with unusable $67 boots. I've now shown my husband how to look up reviews before ordering online.

    Purchased 2 items that came out to around 50 dollars, items are sized small. Asked to start a return and they offered me 40 percent of a refund and for me to keep the items. I refused and asked they follow their return policy. No answer yet

    Horrible... if I had realized this was another crooked ******* company I'd would not have ordered at all. The web dite looks very legit and local.The page showed the coat I needed as "in stock" but after 5 days, and no tracking number offered, I knew something was wrong.They will not refund my money as they claim it us in transit.I'm do tired of being ripped off... no where on this very nice site did it indicate that the company was over seas.TACTICAL WORLD STORE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

    I ordered a pair of boots size 11 to small ask for a **** they sent a 12 I emailed serval times no response . Finally a response asking will I keep the 12 I declined no response again . I will never order here again . Poor customer service

    DO NOT order from this company! The items I ordered and received was poor quality and nothing like pictured! I processed a return request and they tried to get me to keep the items by offering a partial refund (30%), I declined. They then offered 30% refund and a 30% future discount, I declined and demanded a full refund. After I threatened to turn them in, they sent me a return label. I returned the items on January 9, 2023, and as of today I have not received a refund so I'm disputing with my cc company. I have started a complaint to the * commerce commission as well. It's a shame company like this give legit companies a bad name. These folks are down right CROOKS!

    Buyers beware - Absolutely horrible and unacceptable customer service - Ordered a pair of pants and they do not fit. ****** asked for a return authorization to return the pants and they will not respond. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I have contacted the customer service phone number and left a message. No response. Obviously, I will not be a repeat buyer. Its a shame that companies like this that clearly state the return process on the website, do not honor the products and services they state. What a shame

    Terrible company. I returned the shoes and I have not received my refund. I asked for the status of my refund and they told me to get back to them when its returned??? like I already sent it with the tracking label they sent me to return. I insist on giving me the tracking number since they are so incapable, so they send me the tracking number for my initial order!!! How are these people still in business with all these terrible reviews?! I wish I saw these before I ordered... I've been getting scammed so many times from various companies and I just don't understand how they are not shut down?!?! I've done previous BBB complaints and BBB can't do anything if they don't respond.. then what's the point of this service?? These companies need to be shut down! It's like any mediocre *** can start a company and scam hard working people! The government needs to do better!!!!

    DO NOT OREDER WITH THEM. I'M CALLING THE ***** DEPARTMENT ON THEM IF I DONT HERE BACK AND GET MY REFEUND IM GOING TO THE ***** DEPARTMENT.They said they were celebrating the Chinese new year and couldn't ship my order. And didn't tell me any foreseeable date of being shipped. I asked for a refund and I'll be calling my bank Monday to stop the charge.
