      The quality of their items is pretty good even though theyre made in *****. The problem I have is their excessive shipping and handling costs (at least $25 for a single feather weight blanket ) and a bogus $2 carrier imposed surcharge. . Thats an outrageous. I cant recommend them. Their prices are high - except when they have a sale - but the excessive shipping costs usually negate any sale.

      Have been waiting 11 days for a few pillow protectors. I have spoken to 2 reps that both stated items were still in the warehouse. First rep said she would expedite my order. 2nd rep said order was NOT expedited. I paid $18.99 for shipping and handling for 3 practically weightless protectors so right away I foolishly assumed I was getting priority shipping. I questioned if items were on back order and was told they were in their warehouse in *************. Rep stated she would contact warehouse and send me email with shipping information. She also stated it was too late to cancel my order. If I dont get shipping information within 2 days I will contact my credit card carrier and dispute payment. I would give 0 for rating.

      Cuddledown offers a VIP service which is a SCAM. They charge $16.95 per month for a 10% discount on orders and free delivery. This amounts to about $170.00 per year. When you sign up for the service Cuddledown does not tell you that this service is monthly.When I complained and asked to be reimbursed for the past 5 months, they answered that company policy was to reimburse for only 4 months....another scam. There is no reason for such a time limit.I will never order from them again.

      Beware of the cuddledown rewards program. I signed up because i knew I would be making a number of purchases for our new home. They have been charging me $16 a month for the program for months. I just submitted claims for my purchases and they denied them all because they said they were for "business use" without any evidence of such. These purchases were not for business and should have been covered. It is a complete scam. I have reported them to the *** as well for shifty business practices.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! I have ordered dozens of these pillows from Cuddledown over the years, which is quite an investment given the hefty cost of one pillow. On January 31st, 2023 I purchased 5 new pillows for a grand total of $3800, at which time I decided to join the Cuddledown VIP program at $18/month to get the 10% cash back and free shipping on my order. In checking on my VIP account/the rebate a few days later I noticed that the pillows were now 25% off! Since my pillows hadnt even arrived yet, I emailed and called customer service to find out if ********************** would just honor the discount and refund the nearly $1000, or if I needed to cancel the order or return the pillows unopened, and rebuy them at the discounted price. I was told both times (in email and by the customer service representative on the phone) that returning/canceling the order wouldnt be necessary and that they would simply refund the money (which makes both logical and logistical sense!). That was back in February. Since then, I have traded over a dozen emails with Cuddledown customer service, and while each time they are very apologetic, they say the issue had to handled by Cuddledowns escalation team in the main office or by a group called ************** (perhaps their parent company). My last email to them was two weeks ago, and when I called customer service today, after explaining the whole story AGAIN, I sat on hold for over 22 mins and then was disconnected. The pillows are lovely, but SOOO EXPENSIVE, and their customer service is apparently trained just to give even VIP customers the run around and nothing more! If you are ok spending thousands of dollars on items that you will not be able to return or get resolution on then put your money at risk! I am escalating this directly to my cc company and will not be purchasing from Cuddledown again-what they save in not refunding me $1000, they have lost in the thousands of $$$ of future business.

      I ordered a King size comforter and was sent a Queen, I returned it for a King and after a week I called the customer service number, and they told me the package is still at my local ************ I visited my *********** to learn it was shipped when I visted them. They sent me a new comforter and I also received a letter that they no longer have the item I was looking for, so I immediately open the box to find out they had resent me a Queen. I called the customer service number, which is in ***************, I requested to speak to someone at the store and I was transferred eight times back into the Que. They are incessant liars each scripted with the same message, transferring you to the "US level two customer service." I have never experienced a good outcome when a company doesnt handle customer service inhouse. I now must take time to return the item, this matter has cost me several hours of my time. If you dont value your time, feel free to do business with them.

      Be careful when ordering. read the fine print, as you can be signed up for their VIP program and find yourself automatically being charged around $14.00 a month for nothing!!!!! it took me forever to figure out what company was taking funds automatically out of my bank account as it only read as VIP and the bank could not help me either. What a scam! They were gracious enough to cancel it, but I paid $14.00 a month for over a year trying to figure this out.

      I like the quality of their sateen sheets and they wear well. But they are very slow to issue refunds. All the customer service calls go to a foreign country and the service people dont have any product knowledge. They are absolutely not invested in solving your issue. You have to ask for someone at the company and then you might get some help. Many years ago this was a good company. Not any more. I think they were privately owned and sold. I dont know who owns it now but no one seems to care. Its disheartening to see a company you trusted go downhill.

      I have ordered from there for years. Service/ quality were perfect even though the prices were really high. I ordered a Coverlet from them 1/4/23 and today is 2/13/23. No emails. I called today and spoke to a young lady in the Phillipinessecond time in three weeks.Today I was told I would have my order in two days..VERY DISSATISFIED! I think they sold down the river the people who appreciate good merchandise.
