      Someone has apparently purchased the cuddledown brand name. If one puts "cuddledown" in one's browser, an ad comes up that purports to be a link to the Official" site. Among other things, the ad says "made in ******* since ****." This is clearly a lie, as I found out when I ordered sheets and pillow cases and they all say "made in *****."The website gives a contact number, which goes to the call center in ***************. The woman who answered my call finally said she would transfer me to "corporate." That didn't happen.Yes, I can return them, but they are counting on my not doing that. Anyway, never again. ************

      Beware of the cuddledown rewards. I didn't sign up but was charged ***** for something that I didn't want. And as others are saying, the customer service was terrible. I called them after taking a picture of the tag of their pillow at an upscale hotel and asked what pillow it was. They said "go to our website." The pillows we bought for over $200 are not at all what we had used. And they won't take them back because we used them.

      I agree with all of the prior reviews. My order got cancelled and when I called they said I received an email notification about the cancellation, that never happened. I called, replaced the order, got cut off during the call and I did not know if my order went thru. Called again (terrible customer service team!) and I was told the item was shipped and it would arrive one month after it was ordered?? I paid $25 for shipping too! Ridiculous, I will Never buy from the, again!

      Very dissatisfied with Cuddle Down customer service. My order was cancelled for no reason and I have wasted one hour of my valuable time getting it reinstated. The items were intended to be Christmas presents. Today I am informed shipping will take 2-3 weeks. What is wrong with Cuddle Down??????

      I ordered a robe from Cuddledown and when I received it, it was too big for me so I immediately sent it back with their packaging and their label following their instructions.I expected to get an email letting me know they had received it back but I did not and so I called them and they said they had not received it The woman said she would look in the warehouse and let me know.A week or more went by so I called again and she said it wasn't in the warehouse. then she wanted to know if I had a tracking number. I do not because there were no instructions that I needed to get one since it was their label. The cost was ****** - Shipping was *****, I wish I had read the complaints on your website before I ordered.

      Cuddledown instructed me to return a faulty down comforter that had down shift to their return center. I did so and now I cannot get any info from Cuddledown. I have my proof of delivery to their return center. I have all my email documentation. My latest email said to call customer service. On the 3rd transfer I was told I needed level 2 customer service. On the next 21 transfers I was only able to get to level one customer service twice, each one unable to help. I would never recommend this company because of their customer service. The down comforter was great until the down shifted. I paid a premium price because of the lifetime warranty. A lot of good that did me. Now they have my comforter and dont seem to be able provide any level of customer service.

      I found a mysterious $14.95 charge to my bank account. I spoke with cuddle down and was told I must have accidentally clicked on a pop up and joined the *** Club The woman I spoke with said this happens frequently and transferred me to the *** club to fix the problem. This is when it became frustrating. I am now supposed to be unenrolled from the club but cannot get the $14.95 refunded. No response whatsoever after the last call. In addition, this club is a separate company that cuddledown shared all my information with including my banking information . This seems very scammy and underhanded to me. I would think twice before ordering anything from this company

      This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever purchased from. I ordered a sheet set and extra pillowcases in queen size with monogramming. When it arrived the sizing was mismarked on the packaging so I got a set of sheets in "full" size with an extra set if pillowcases in "king" size. The phone ordering was the worst ever as I had to repeat everything multiple times. They gave me a refund minus shipping and the monogramming fees. When you call customer service be prepared for a lot of runaround and nonsense. If I could give this place a negative star I would.
