I accidentally reset my emergency radio and lost all channels that were programmed and my local channels. As per the website, they will help you get the channels back. It been 3 days no one replied to my email to help me get my radio back to working.Customer Answer

I ordered 2 radio's on 12-26-23, and paid $19.00 to have the radio's pre programed for my zip code, but all I get is static or complete silence. My Emergency Radio advertised that radio can pick up "Police and Fire channels." This is false advertising. Radio's are handheld HAM radio's and are not capable of this feature.Business Response

$200 scammed from me. This radio was supposed to come preprogrammed.....nothing for a week now.....nothing will come thru. No phone number to speak with sellers for help. They talk a great game then send this garbage radio that does nothing for $200. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN for TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE PUBLIC. After 6 plus months, I have received a refund of 207. I just dont trust that they wont reverse the credit later. I NEVER once received a call or email from the sellers of this product. They stated that they sent it to ****************...that IS NOT the email on file. The email is ***************. Thank you BBB for helping me to get this money back and protecting the public as best you can. It should not take this much time to get at the very least a response from companies like this. And then, them stating that they sent the refund months ago....no they didnt. If they did, then why couldnt they return my calls or email me to let me know that they were taking care of the matter? Again, I NEVER received ANY response from them until I went to BBB. ALL communication to and from them has been right here, all documented in this formal complaint. Sad we, as the public, have to go to these lengths to right a wrong. But again, Im thankful for the BBBs actions taken to right this wrong.

I purchased two of these radios after seeing an ad. Upon receiving them, I have no idea how to operate them. There is no one to contact and the email only takes me to an advertisement. No phone number, no contact information. I spent $200. I now have items that are no good to me and I have been scammed out of $200. These hand radios are very hard to understand and program. I bought five at the cost of $395. I am trying to return them but there is no phone number and when I try to email them there is no email that comes up.
