I ordered some two way radios from this company. They got mad at a comment I made in a ************** and blocked me from all means of Communication. They already took the money out of my banking account, but yet I never received the radios or service. I tried calling them several times and ******* ever picks up the phone. This business heavily advertises they have nationwide coverage emergency radios with free programming on a 2 radio purchase. When I received them I find out nothing is programmed and now there are restrictions to what it covers where and how and due to their false advertising I will be refunded only a portion of what I paid? 100% wrong. My-EMR1 is a handheld ham radio and we purchased 4 of these radios. None of them transmit when using the push to talk function. I have searched the internet trying to find contact information for them or a customer service number, there is no information about this company anywhere. I have read the long list of complaints on BBB and cant believe someone hasnt stopped them from selling defective products. Their website is filled with false claims as Ive come to understand since Ive been spending about 20 days out of the month Ive had these researching this product through various websites about the ham radios. I feel violated and would like to see something done. At minimum a way to contact them. Thank you and hope you can help.Business Response

Advertising says can use up to 2000 miles away. Once purchasing them it says you have to pay for programming. Received in mail but cant do your own programming so I decided to send it back bc its deceptive. Now had to pay restocking fees plus the shipping fee. So out by $50, seriously?Business Response

ORDER ******** I ordered 4 emergency radios from this company. They say they are pre-programmed but they are not. I finally got them and they are not long distance radios and do not have the capabilities aadvertised. I tried to program them as they did not come programmed as promised (or stated on the box) and they do not allow you to program them either. I contacted the company and their answer is ridiculous. I either need to pay for them to program them, buy another cord so I can program them, or send them back and pay for shippping and a restocking fee that slides based on how much programming they think did or did not happen. Their entire operation is fraudulent. I want my money back immediately.Business Response

I bought emergency radios from this company, and they don't work. There is no way to sign into them to make calls.They are internet based, so if the power goes out, you will not be able to use them.When you talk to these people be internet, they just run you around and around again. I purchased 2 radios on Jan 25th which worked great so I ordered 6 more but after 1 week they suddenly both stopped working. I sent an email spoke with I believe ******* and he sent me out 2 new sim cards and I installed them per his instructions. They both still not working. Now I received my other 6 radios and again none of them are working. There email response time is not what they say on there VM It's very difficult to communicate with them. They usually stop responding to my questions after one email. I can't get hold of anyone. I love the radios if they work otherwise please send me a shipping label and a refund. I would be very happy if someone with better communication and would be willing to remove this review if this gets resolved right away.*****
