    We got 4 radios shipped instead of the 6 I ordered and ******* helped me quickly over the weekend and first thing Monday morning the 2 radios were shipped out to me! THANK YOU! Great customer service.

    I am very happy with these radio walkie-talkies and also happy with the emergency ones but they still could use a little more work. Other than that I am very pleased. I do recommend them for anyone who are long distance. Im a family member so far they have worked excellent thank you

    Bought my 3rd pair of radios a few days ago and there was a wrong programming og group so I called them at 5am Ca time and a live agent **** answered and was able to fix the problem without putting me on hold or redirecting me to someone else. **************** is excellent in these robo tech generation. And by the way, 2 of the radios (1 set) is in the *********** and me my family can clearly talk to each other anywhere they go when cellphon signal seems to be impossible. And another set is in Az. I highly recommend this radios and company. I know there are people complaining about the yearly $50/radio fee... understand that these radios uses satellite signal so of course they/we have to pay. I pay $100/radio for international.

    I ordered a set of four radios from Rapid Radios, and they definitely work as advertised. They are very simple to use and the radio calls come through clearly. My only regret is that I didn't purchase the protection plan, as my kids use them while out of the house on their various activities and kids are hard on stuff. My daughter carries hers in her backpack, and the screen was damaged. The radio still worked just fine, but you couldn't read anything on the screen. I contacted Rapid Radios to see if they offered a repair service, and instead, they offered to replace the radio, even though I hadn't purchased the protection plan! I highly recommend you get the protection plan if your kids will be carrying the radios. The customer service representatives that I worked with were professional, polite, and went above and beyond to make this customer happy. I highly recommend this company. Quality product, outstanding service.

    I own a 6 pack of these radios and have shared them with my family. We absolutely LOVE them!! Used them with my husband where there was no cell phone service with no issues and excellent clarity, and can talk with my daughter and grandkids from here in ******** all the way to ********** as well!! Just ordered a 2 pack for my nephews wedding gift because he thought ours were super cool when the guys were all on *********************** with no cell service!! Highly recommend them for everyone!! Cheaper than cell phones too!!

    I highly recommend these radios. I have been in the ************************ in ******* and have talked to friends in ************, ******* 80+ miles away and the nearest cell tower to me was 40+ miles away
