    Customer service was great response was very quick, and my radios are everything advertised, and coverage is above my expectations. I will be a dedicated customer and am looking at the Weather Radio for my home.

    Do not believe this, it as all a lie. Bought two radios after calling and speaking with their sales reps. ** thought they would be great for us to use with our boat. They assured me several times that they would work when I was in the ******* and my wife was in ******* as long as I signed up for and purchased the global plan which I did. I then took our yacht over to the ******* and guess what, they did not work AT ALL. I called them when I returned only to be told that I only had 7 days to return them and since we did not do the trip until past the 7 days we were sol. ******** company, they work nothing like ****** which was amazing.

    I was in a very remote area in ******** recently and lost all satellite and mobile phone communications. I was down to 1/8 tank of gas with no idea where to go to fill up. Luckily, my wife had her Rapid Radio on and I was able to communicate with her to help me find gas. THANK YOU so much for a powerful product.

    We recently purchased Rapid Radios for our kids so they could stay in touch with us, and were beyond impressed. When cell phone towers went down in our area, these radios became absolutely essential. We were still able to communicate clearly and continue our delivery routes without a hitch.Theyre incredibly easy to useeven for our younger kidsand the sound clarity is excellent. Battery life has also been impressive, lasting us through busy days without needing a recharge. Were already considering purchasing more for other family members. Highly recommend for both everyday use and unexpected situations!
