    Radios worked out of box but then 2nd time trying to use them it appears to have lost programming. Good luck getting them to help. Trying to contact them via phone and email. I want these radios to work because they appear to be built nice and the concept is great. I will remove this review if they get back to me in timely manner.

     got three radios from them about five weeks ago, cost me just under $700.00, they didn't work and I haven't been able to get any kind of response from them by either leaving messages to that bogus phone number or emails to their web site. I feel that I got screwed and will never be able to recoup any money. This outfit is probably ran out of China! Please people, don't fall for this like I did. Also, don't trust the phoney reviews on their Facebook pages where people ask questions or tell how great they are!

    I bought one radio from them and it's a gimmic. On they're ad they said money-back guarantee and in their return policy on website they say all sales are FINAL!. They really targeted the wrong demographic of people. I will not stop pursuing the person or persons who is behind all this. I will spend tens of thousands just to make they're lives miserable. Good job guys pissing the wrong person off!!

    Radios quit working 4 days after arriving, handset say not on network. I see we cant take back radios for refund. I guess Im stuck with junk now.

    Most of their info about the emergency radios is flat out wrong. Ask any ham radio operator...

    Biggest complaint is there is no way to contact them. I bought 3 radio's. I live in Texas but the documentation they come with state they are programmed for Michigan residents! WTHeck! By not having customer service tells me one thing, they are not a real company. Importing from Asia and reselling to us in the states. I'm pissed!

    If I could give this company a zero star...that would be fitting!
    I ordered 3 radios. After opening one and found it did not work. I immediately emailed them, telling my problem that same day...no response...they also dont have a phone number where they can be reached to help.
    I sent all 3 radios back the next day, Insured at my expense, $23 dollars by UPS, for a full refund as they stated they would give... if radios were mailed back in new condition and in same packaging...I sent them back the very NEXT DAY, 2 boxes were never opened!
    I find out today that I only got a PARTIAL refund!!
    I did not get a refund for the radio I opened! Did not get refunded for. any of the tax either.
    I am out 90 bucks.
    Shoddy company...buyer beware. They LIE!
