1 starAs a disabled female we were trying to get a good price on tires. We made an appointment with Belle Tire and when we arrived everything was fine. The associate we were dealing with calls and said a couple of lugnuts were sticking in the back and could they cut them off? No extra charge. The front was fine. When we got back it was it's going to be another $215 dollars. We said no, you said no charge. When we got home my husband went to check the lugnuts and they had rounded them out so bad , now we can't get them off at all. So don't go to Belle Tire because if you don't let them pad the bill, they purposely mess with your vehicle.Review fromEric O

1 starI was at store to get a tire repair. I got there Saturday September 14 at 230 in afternoon. My problem isn't really with how they repaired my tired it's the damage they did to my rim in the process of fixing the tire. While removing and replacing the rim back on my truck they hit and knocked the paint and clear off my rim and it was very obvious they did it I saw it from 20 feet from truck. They just acted like it was no big deal. Hopefully the employees who worked on it are reprimanded and held accountable for their actions.Review fromRoger R

1 starBelle tire is ripping people of you go in for front end alignment and they mess up you front end parts and then tell you you need parts and they want a small fortune for parts and labor trying to make alot of extra money of there coustmers. I went in with all new front end parts for a alignment on a **** f-150 and they had 6 alignments out of acceptable range and I just had 4 brand new ******** tires put on by them so I went back 5 more times and still have it out of line and it's starting to cup the out side of my 2 new front tires with only ***** miles on them. They will not stand behind there misalignment that caused the damage. It cost 600 dollars for 2 front tires. And seems like they have damaged my new front end parts. Then they try to blame it on the parts. I have 5 alignment reports that show they were out of specified acceptable ranges on the adjustment for the camber, caster and toe that is what mess up my front tires I bought from them. Only ***** miles later. ******************* company are crooks. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO BELLE TIRE.. they charge 180 for 1 yr alignment rip off. You can go to dealer for alignment for 100 dollars and get it done right. Now I have to take them to court.Review fromDisatisfied C

1 starThe worst. Last 3 times I had to take the vehicle right back because there was still an issue. 1 of those times I didnt even make it out of their parking lot before hearing a loud clunk from driving over a bump. Other times was hearing the issue driving back home from their location. Today, I needed a wheel bearing replaced and they called and quoted me for things all around the car telling me they are all bad, according to them because of mileage not because they are actually bad. For someone who doesnt know about cars they are likely getting you to replace many parts that still have life left. This being the 4th time in a row having an issue with them, I will not go back to them ever, will let others know of my experiences and will never recommend them for anything ever again.Review fromMegan C

1 starPurchased 4 new tires at ************ store ********************************, they did not disclose they were adding extra protection plans to the cost of my services which is shady. Then one of my tires goes flat when I get the car home. Ive currently been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to talk to someone.Review fromHaley Y.

1 starI have been a loyal customer to Tire Man for many years, but after they change their ownership to Belle Tire, I have been scammed out of my money more times than once. My most recent visit feels like they stole $1000 right out of my pocket. I have been having issues with my car shaking severely once I reach 40 mph. I go in to their shop and they do a tire balance to see if it fixes the issue. It did not fix the issue so I went back in again and they recommended two new control arms, costing about $1000. Did that fix the problem? No it didnt. My car starts to shake again but this time it will not accelerate over 40 miles an hour and I end up missing work because I am unable to commute. I end up going to a different mechanic where they find the problem right away. Apparently one of my brakes were stuck on causing my car to shake. It had absolutely nothing to do with my control arms or the wheel balance. So after spending over $1000 at Belle tire, without them fixing a single issue, Im completely fed up with that place and livid by how they just stole my money and gave me more problems. I made a post on my ******** venting about my experience, and several other people mentioned similar experiences after the change of ownership. I will never be going back here, and I urge others to not go and get scammed like I did. The other time I felt screwed over by them was when my engine light was on for an emissions leak. That light was on for months and never went away. I made an appointment to get a checked out at the shop and on that very day the light happened to turn off. The staff told me at the shop that they were able to find the issue & cost me $300. I went ahead and had them do the repair because I no longer wanted to see the light on my dash. Not long after my visit, my engine light came back on. It turns out my engine light was on because of my gas cap. To fix my gas cap wouldnt have cost me $300. Thats what shouldve been fix in the first place.. dont go here.Review fromSajed A

1 starI delivered my vehicle to Belle Tire to replace a pair of front tires. The onboard diagnostic within the vehicle provided the pressure of 3 of 4 tires. The 4th tire had an inoperable sensor. After the tires had been replaced, I no longer received pressure values from the onboard diagnostic each wheel had shown a dash. So I returned the vehicle for resolution. During the vehicle inspection, the ******************** me that the tire pressure sensor on the rear tire was inoperative, but the other three sensors are functional. I reminded her that I was aware of that because thats how the vehicle was delivered to Belle Tire prior to getting the new tires. So she offered to repair the 4th sensor for $89. I rejected the repair and stated that I just needed the onboard diagnostic to function as when the vehicle was originally delivered with three of the four sensors operable. Strange enough the vehicle was again returned to me without the functioning onboard diagnostic values the screen still only depicts dashes. So I returned the vehicle and the Belle Tire representatives continued to explain that because one sensor was inoperable of the four, the onboard diagnostic will no longer provide the tire pressure values. So I clarified with the Service Rep: I brought the vehicle to Belle Tire because the onboard diagnostic depicted that I was losing air pressure on a regular basis. Two of the tires were changed. Now the onboard diagnostic no longer provides any values. So I asked, Why would I see this issue now? Does this seem logical? She just shrugged her shoulders. To return a customers vehicle with less functionality than when it was entrusted to your service team is extremely careless and unethical. If repairing the 4th sensor would have solved the issue, I would have been befuddled but satisfied. But what if repairing the fourth sensor would have not solved the issue? Would they have charged me $89 and blamed the car manufacturer for faulty equipment?Review fromRebecca N

1 starBelle Tire Yall are ridiculous ?? First you guys let us leave without completing your work. Told us you finished it all to realize you didnt put ANY of the 4 tire sensors on the new tires. Take it back to have you put on the parts a week later, soonest opening for them, and had to fight to have you refund the money for the product we never got, which never was fully refunded. Then tell us you can not do the free alignment because of the tire rods. So we take it somewhere and have ithe ONE fixed that was bad. Bring it back to hope yall can redeem yourself and then you guys cant even find the record for the tires at all. ????? My husband had to drive 40+ minutes back home for a receipt and you guys still couldnt find the record and had to redo the whole transaction. I have always had my work done through Belle Tire but no more. This is wild.Review fromKwanyah M

1 starI am severely unsatisfied. I went in on 2-14-2024. My tire pressure monitor system was on. I wanted it off and to get my brakes done. I was there from 9am until then paying a Uber for me at 5pm. What I thought was going to be a simple fix, I was told other things was wrong with my car. $730.54 worth of bs. They messed my car up. Kept it for 2 days. No compensation as promised. They said they would refund me my money since they inconvenience me. Since I got my car back, when I turn on my heat my car shake and stall. It's running hard. And it idle for a long time. I feel cheated and took advantage of cause I'm a woman. They charged me ****** for ceramic brake pads and ****** to remove and replace pads. ****** to remove and replace 1 AW R&R ***** misc shop supplies ***** cover gasket that they broke other prices for things I didn't need only for my car to be worser than it was when I bought it in. This is a nightmare. I wouldn't wish this on nobody. Karma is real. I want my money back. Smh
