      My complaint is not about the employees that work there. Theyre amazing and I appreciate them. My complaint is is due to corporates poor decision making. The location I go to was much better when it was tireman. The new changes have not been for the better such as, increased prices cannot make appointments and wait time is an hour and a half to 2 1/2 hours absolutely ridiculous. Also, why did you have to redo the whole interior? There was nothing wrong with it. Maybe if you didnt do that you didnt have to increase prices. Here is a no-brainer. Why dont you have appointments along with walkins it would make everybody, happy there was no reason to increase prices other than complete corporate greed.

      Took my car to belle tire because the tire flew off on the highway. Got two new tires on, and asked if rim needed replaced. They said no. Following week I take my car in for the other two tires to be replaced. I asked again if that rim needed replaced. Again they said no. New tire flat, took it in for a second opinion, and my room needed replaced because it was bent and damaged from driving it on it when the tire fell off. Not impressed with them especially after asking them two different times if it needed replaced. I do not recommend them

      I have spent quite a bit of money at Belle Tire. It's were I go for my repairs. I have a warranty on my tires. I have a leak only front and a bad valve stem in the back. I have to wait up to a week in a half to get it fixed. Any Belle Tire Is making me make appointment for a 10 minute job. Like I enjoy putting air in my tire twice a day. This is the first time I have had this issue and the last. I will not be bringing my car back for any repair. Not that you or your stores give a **** about your customers feelings. All you get is attitude and the run a round.

      My son took our 2014 Dodge Charger with ****** miles to get (4) new tires and Belle Tire told him he needed $2000 additional work for new bushings so they could not do the alignment. We took the car to ********************* ******** and **** checked the car out and only needed an alignment.If you didn't know better you would be spending for the additional repairs that are not even required. From now on we will just buy our tires from ********************* ******** and save the time and money too!

      I went in just to get my tires replaced and an alignment. I was told that I had a bent control arm and that they couldnt complete an alignment without replacing that and additional hardware. They quoted me an additional $900 to do this. I told them no and they made it seem like my vehicle wasnt safe to drive away if I didnt. I still told them I didnt want to do it at this time because I couldnt afford it. Then they said okay they would finish up and I was good to go without the alignment. I took it to get looked at somewhere else and they said there were no problems with it. Seems like they were just trying to take advantage of me as I am a young woman who they thought didnt know anything about cars. I wont be coming back or recommending anyone ever come here.

      Id give them 0 but thats not an option. WORST customer service at all locations. Ive just moved and the service in ****** locations horrible. Had a nail in my tire the first one said 5 hours to fix, the other said something today. They came out to get my license plate number when I was leaving. They can have it went two buildings down to Good Year and was helped right away.

      THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I will never go there again!!!!!!Not even a day after of brand new tires, my tire sensor came on , brought it in n they just took sensor off. Never looked at tire n then it got eroded n said they wont fix it its my fault!!!!!Im beyond mad!!!!Please dont give them business!!!!!!

      This place is HORRIBLE. I waited over 2hrs for them to change my tires. They came out half way through and asked me if it's normal for my car to not start! I have never had a problem with my car until I brought it to this place. I left with a check engine light on. I also paid for the censors for my tires for them to not even bother hooking them up. What a waste of money! I will NEVER go back to this place. I hear it's common to leave here with problems you've never had before. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
