      ******, ** Belle Tire on Sycamore. Set up appt online for Vehicle Alignment $104.99, according to website. Ensured $35 alignment coverage was not selected (did not want). Upon payment after alignment discovered I was charged for alignment coverage. Store mgr said the $104.99 was for an alignment check and that the $35 comes with an alignment and did not offer to fix this. I said that is not what it says on the website when I got the appt. Mgr said he cannot give a refund. All this seemed like a way to get the unsuspecting customer to believe nothing can be done. After arguing some, found out he could have just contacted main office and gotten the discount. They put in for the refund but it will take time to get it. My past experience with another mgr about a year earlier at same store was good that mgr gave me a free alignment with a set of tires because I waited three hours. They had no trouble issuing this discount making this current situation seem very suspicious.

      My daughter took her car to a belle tire location for brakes, they said they looked at them and she was going to need pads , rotors and calipers on both front and back. I find it funny because the pads and rotors in the back were just replaced 2 months earlier, anyway the quoted a price of $3500.00. Needless to say we didnt let them do any work , took it somewhere else and all that was needed were front pads and rotors , total cost $220.00. This location was trying to take advantage of an inexperienced car owner with little knowledge, always get more than 1 quote and shame on this location , cant believe corporate would have a policy like that in place.

      Prices-fair,Service-fair,but then they put a scratch on the side of my classic car and denied doing it. Told me they had photos of the whole car which proves nothing. When were photos taken? Before or after? Avoid this location!

      Since I was a previous customer, ****************** fixed my flat for free. Unfortunately, it failed at about mile 8 and deflated entirely again. When I was fixing the flat, I noticed that Belle got oil all over the passenger side of the car with splotches from headlight to tail light. Also, two of my acorn lug nuts were missing and replaced with beat up standard ones. In addition, the center finishing cap to my tire was missing on the spare. The only reason why I'm giving this company one star is because I can't give them none. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, as will my father, even if that means paying more. My car is now, essentially, in an inferior condition than it was before I brought it to Belle.

      Advertising deal online when you get there you have to show the discount . They say they will honor it . Then they find ways to add more to the cost to get right back to the original cost they want you to pay .always away to s**** the customer Rebates are jokes as well . Never buy tires from this company ! Look elsewhere.

      I went to the secor Belle tire 2/9/2023 for a leaking tire. The salesman tall with a black eye said leave it and we might get to it today if not you will be first tomorrow. He said we have priorities and you gotta have priorities. *** I'm the customer and I think that is rude just say your too busy I don't wanna hear about priorities.

      I would definitely not recommend this place for tire repair they are thieves, They claimed I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire and it was not repairable, I asked to keep the tire after they replaced it for $241. And just as I expected the s**** not the nail was still in the tread of the tire about an inch from the sidewall and was definitely repairable. These guys are known for free tire repair so in turn this could have costed nothing compared to $241 for a new tire that did not need to be replaced. Had this not been a company vehicle I would have definitely went back inside and had a word with the manager about this situation I am baffled that you guys still from hard working people. What a **** joke.

      Took my vehicle for them to replace a bad tpms sensor they put in I call to see how much longer they told the transmission would not shift it told them by and I would be right there got in it to drive engine light was on scan it and it had a bunch of communication errors ask them what they did and they said nothing don't trust them

      My newly-purchased Traverse became undrivable on the Interstate and Belle Tire was the first service center I came across. **** Lofts was not only able to squeeze me in for a diagnosis and to get my car drivable again, but he also worked with the dealership and apart from the dealership to get me excellent pricing and perform the repair in record time (major repairs). I am so please by the service I received that I cannot imagine using another shop ever again, even though there are many shops closer to home. It was an amazing experience. Thank you, ****!!!!
