  My Name is ********************* took my Car in to get alignment. On the sep 18 23 they told me i needed a part in order to fix it $ ***** extra called them back that evening and told them it was not right told me to bring back and they would fix it brought it back sep 25 23 they told me i needed the same part that i already had paid for the week before they offered me my $***** back but not the $105.00 they charged me for a alignment that they could not do total ******* shame on them I'm on disability and can not afford to be swindled

  I felt discriminated against and feared for my safety with driving my car after leaving belle tire 9/7 I told ***** that I need my front checked out because of the grinding noises and my back end checked because my rims and rotors was really hot and grinding. I remembered I needed to let ***** know to be careful of my lights that they dont damage them and he made a remark saying they are illegal underglow and I said it is not illegal in indiana in which he argued with me in the store a couple minutes about how they are illegal. I left it at that but after this altercation it made me really nervous to leave my car at belle tire. Later that day he informed me that I needed brakes, calipers, and rotors and the e brake was stuck and would have to be fixed or cut off I then stated is that why my front end is also grinding and he said yes because the emergency brake line is under my feet on driver side. On 7/8 he said that my car is ready to be picked up and said the grinding was fixed due to the emergency brake being detached and brand new rotors brakes and calipers. I started to drive and realized when I braked my car was still having that issue even though on the phone he said that the parking brake was the reason there was issues to the grinding so I went inside to tell him that the grinding noise was still there in which he said he will have someone look at it again and call me later. Lunch time he called and said that they dont know what is the cause of the grinding and said they dont really want to look further into it because it would be a hassle for belle tire and cost me a lot more money. I called ******* dealerships right after I left because I didnt feel safe and they said they can get me In at 1:30 that day so I dropped off my car and later that day they said that my new rear rotors had foreign substance on them and brake slides and backing of brake pads were not properly lubricated from belle tire. Do not trust belle tire to fix your car!!!!

  After just a week on new tires, got a flat driving on gravel! This is on a MiniVan, right rear. Wife only transports groceries and kids! Belle would not warranty the tire even though it was an obvious defect if only driving on gravel flattened the *********** time doing business with Belle, and also the last! Will NEVER do business with Belle again.

  Just needed to say my first time at Belle tire , bought 4 new tires ,and oil change . My experience was really Great ! The staff was helpful and didnt do any more than was needed on my car. Honestly goes along way .price was good and not along wait.

  I had previously purchased my tires from Bell Tire on Central Ave. Recently, I noticed that one of my tires was losing air, and I could see a metallic object protruding from it. Assuming it might be a nail, I promptly headed to Bell Tire on a Saturday morning at 7:45 am, seeking assistance.Upon arrival, I handed over my key to the staff and decided to pass the time by waiting at *******. However, upon returning to the store, I was surprised to find that my car hadn't been moved, and it had been in their possession for nearly an hour and a half. Even though I was the first customer of the day, my concerns were not being addressed promptly.Approaching the counter to inquire about my car's status, I was informed that they had indeed inspected the tire but opted not to plug it due to staffing shortages caused by call-offs. This left me puzzled, as I couldn't understand why they had taken my keys if they weren't planning to address the tire issue. Feeling frustrated by this situation, I ultimately decided to seek assistance at a different tire store.To my astonishment, at the second tire store, I personally witnessed the technician removing a metallic object from my tire. He then showed me a tire plug, which was made of the same material as the object he had just extracted. This revelation was quite unsettling, as it strongly suggested that Bell Tire had sold me a plugged tire while presenting it as new.This entire experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have made the firm decision that I will never again visit the Central Avenue Bell Tire location. Moreover, the manager's behavior throughout this ordeal was particularly disappointing, marked by rudeness and a distinct lack of empathy. Such conduct further exacerbated the already negative experience.It is truly regrettable that an establishment that initially appeared reputable would engage in such practices and exhibit such a concerning level of customer service.

  Worst experience I have ever had getting my vehicle looked at. The belle tire on **** road in garden city did a thermostat job and a coolant flush. They stood there and told me that the truck is not over heating and I was sitting there telling them that all you did was put pressure back in the system. Argued with them for 2 days to figure out why my truck is still over heating. Finally said s**** it and called corporate and they referred me to the belle tire on S ***** road in ********. I go there and they said everything is fine and he said heres my notes from my input.. I swear to god I walked the man outside and told him to look at my truck over heating and while the gauge is literally almost redlined he said its fine. I dont know whats going on with these people but I need my truck fixed, I opened up a credit card just for them to figure this issue out with ******** and everything. Oh yeah even corporate said they cant say anything to me because the MASTER mechanic said its fine, while looking at it over heat. I mean even the fan is sitting there over heating trying to cool the engine off! WHAT! Can I please get help, I have NEVER had a issue with belle tire before, EVER.

  Warranties at this location are like donations. Brand new tires six months ago, already need two new rear tires. Tire protection agreement? Not applicable. Expensive warranty? Somehow doesnt cover this issue. *******************, the manager, doesnt work with people and was as rude as imaginable given the circumstances. There are a lot of tire options out there and in this area. But trust me. This is one to avoid at all costs. What an across the board nightmare.

  I bought four new tires at the Belle Tire in ********, ** The price was fair. The work was flawless. They took great care to make sure the car lift contacted the lift points on the car in the exact correct position. The staff carefully wire-brushed my wheels and mounting surfaces, as well as the aluminum rims where the tire contacts the rim. I watched the mechanics put the tires back on the car, and it was obvious their method of torquing the tire was perfect, including tightening in a star pattern. They took care of my car like I would personally take care of my car, which is very important to me. Everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. This was my first experience at Belle, but definitely not my last.

  **** avenue location fixed my front end suspension. I didn't notice until a few weeks later that there was a deep jagged ***** on the drivers side front fender, which had globby touch up paint smeared on it. I went to the shop and showed them, and they lied and denied it, claimed the mechanic who worked on my car was one of their longest-working employees and would never do that. Then the manager told me it must have happened somewhere else and said I couldn't prove it (my car hadn't been out of my possession since having the front suspension fixed, and the ***** was EXACTLY where some idiot probably placed the ****** Bad enough they damaged my car so badly, but worse that the whole staff lied to cover up their mistake, including the shop manager. I even found the touch up paint pen in my car later, they weren't even smart enough to get rid of the smoking gun. Drive fast away from this sketchy rip off shop. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
