I am on my third RAM 1500 Light Duty Truck. I had no issues with the first and second one but this one has been to the dealer for repairs several times. I picked up the Truck on January 27th of this year and in 4 months, I had to get it serviced 3 times; each time with several issues. The simplest concept of using a Key Fob has been an obstacle. I can't remember the last time I needed to insert a key into a door to unlock the vehicle. STELLANTIS Quality has been going downhill ever since combining *** with other European car makers. You can confirm quality is bad when you call the dealer to make service appointment, they are scheduling them 3-4 weeks out due to so many problems they are dealing with. I am living the poor quality issue and I will not be leasing another RAM after this one.

Deals with the actual Jeep brand. My 2022 gladiator has had ongoing transmission issues. Starting with the known recall and continuing to the present day. Continuing errors concerning high clutch heat and a loss of performance as a result. I have called stelantis on two occasions, only to be notified the next day that nothing has been found and they can't help with the issues. A simple search of ****** shows that it has a known issue with bad transmissions in the 2020 through 2022 years. And along with a "death rattle" where the jeep will randomly start to shake at highway speeds are causing high amounts of anxiety to a disabled veteran already plagued by it to begin with.

Leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in May 2024, has been in the repair shop at the dealership for a total of TEN of the 12 months that i've leased the car. No loaners after the first few months. Rental 'assistance' which consists of me paying for rentals then getting 'reimbursed' 3 weeks later. They've left me without a car that I pay for and no replacement for nearly a year. Reached out with a lawyer and all that was offered was the amount of money i've paid in lease payments. No offer to ****** the lease, replace the car, or acknowledge any portion of the issue. Horrible cars, horrible company.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away from Chrysler Chrysler claims their technicians are certified, but based on our experience, they clearly don’t know how to properly service their own vehicles. We were forced to bring our 2024 Pacifica to the dealership for repairs to avoid losing our warranty, yet the work was sloppy and incomplete. The windshield was replaced but still has issues. The rearview mirror keeps popping off. The camera was never recalibrated — a serious safety oversight, especially with modern vehicles that rely heavily on accurate sensor and camera systems for lane assist and collision avoidance. We also now have concerns about potential frame integrity issues, which Chrysler has completely ignored. When we reached out again after the same issues reappeared, the dealership refused to help and told us to take the vehicle to a third party — even though they’re the ones who caused the problems in the first place. This is the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced from an auto manufacturer. Chrysler is unreliable, unprofessional, and dangerous. Avoid at all costs.

purchased four 2021 RAM ProMaster City vans brand new for our business, all from the same dealer at the same time (July 2021). They were maintained regularly and driven under normal, local, very light duty (florist), commercial use. Unfortunately, two vans experienced engine failure around 80,000 miles due to the exact same issue — a cracked cylinder head. Given that these vans were likely manufactured in the same batch (in the midst of COVID supply chain issues) and failed in the same way at nearly the same mileage, this strongly suggests a manufacturing defect or faulty component lot. Yet despite documentation and a professional diagnosis pointing to identical failures, RAM/Stellantis and dealers (purchased from and serviced) declined to offer any financial assistance, citing that the vehicles were out of warranty. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience — not only due to the expensive engine replacements, but also the downtime and additional rental costs. I expected better support and accountability from RAM and Stellantis, especially when two identical vehicles fail the same way. I expected better communication, support, and explanations, as opposed to the general disregard, from the dealerships I purchased the vans from and where one of the engine replacements was diagnosed (incorrectly at first) and completed. I’ve filed my issues with NHTSA.

If I could Leave Zero stars I would. I recently purchased a Jeep Wagoneer S launch edition through pre order in the summer. I received the car on February 15th and within 2 weeks the car froze up in the driveway and was towed to the nearest CJD dealership. My vehicle has been sitting at the dealership to this day with still no updates or progress on when the vehicle will be fixed. I attempted to initiate a buy back from the dealership and was denied on the fact that it hasn’t been broke down and fixed 4 times yet. No one at the dealership, jeep wave, or anyone else has been able to hold them accountable for me not having my care for the past 2 months. This will be the last vehicle I ever purchase through Stellantis, their business practice is downright criminal in my opinion. Please be weary of purchasing any of their products if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

************************************ Experience Ever I bought a vehicle from Chrysler (2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer) in 2023 for over $110,000, and I deeply regret my decision. The car has been in service more than 15 times already, with constant issues that never seem to get resolved. Half of the time, the dealership and Chrysler service teams can't even replicate the issues, leaving me stuck with a car that doesnt function as it should. The communication is terrible, with the dealership telling me one thing and Chrysler service telling me something completely different. After spending that kind of money, I expected much better service and support, but all Ive received is frustration and poor service. Chrysler clearly doesnt care about their customers once the sale is made. I would not recommend purchasing from them, not even to my worst enemy. Buyer beware!

Ive been without my Ram truck for 113 days while still making payments. The dealership has tried to fix it, but Stellantis engineers have no idea how to resolve the ******** truck developed a serious misfire issue early on. After multiple dealership visits, Stellantis approved replacing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). I waited weeks for the part to arrive, only to find out that the new PCM didnt fix the issue. The truck still misfires on Cylinder 1 after idling for 15 ********** Solutions, Just Excuses The dealership admits they dont know how to fix it and are waiting on Stellantis engineers for guidanceyet Stellantis has done nothing to resolve it. ****************** is useless, providing no real help.Customer service gives generic responses but no solutions. The dealership is stuck waiting for answers, just like me.Dragging Me Through a Lawsuit With no resolution, I filed a lemon law lawsuit. Instead of taking responsibility, Stellantis is dragging me through legal delays instead of buying back the truck. Why Should Any Customer Go Through This?I have made every payment while being without my truck for nearly four months. This isnt just a bad experienceits unacceptable. Stellantis needs to step up and do the right thing instead of forcing customers to fight legal battles over defective vehicles. If youre considering a Ram truck or any Stellantis vehicle, bewarebecause if something goes wrong, you may be left stranded, just like I have been.

Worst experience I have ever had with a brand new vehicle. Check engine light came on almost immediately. Was told if it didn't go away in a few days to take it to the dealership. After it didn't go away, I took it into the dealership and I was told that it was probably just the battery which they immediately replaced. When that didn't fix it they said it was one of the O2 sensors. An entire week later it turns out it was all four O2 sensors. Terrible quality product.
