      This will probably fall on deaf ears. I ordered my vehicle in May 25th 2022. The projected date of delivery was 6/26. That was late changed to 7/26. I inquired on status on 7/26 and to my horro, I found it wnt into build status on 7/25. Now the the estimate delivery date to the dealership is now, 9/03. Now the good part, I get a meesage from Dodge care to inform my car will be delivered to the dealership 0n 9/13.This whole situation is BS, with dealing with Dodge. I've contacted them numerous time. I've never received a viable answer to my concern. They ne to be held accountable to the consumer for their inept practices.

      I purchased a 2014 Ram Ecodiesel used in 2019. Drove it a year and the engine blew. I bought a brand new engine with a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty and 9 months later this engine failed. Took it to the dealer and they filed the warranty claim in November 2021. It is now July of 2022 and Stellantis still hasn't sent a replacement engine and can't even give me a delivery date for the engine. I'm still making the payments on this truck as well as full coverage insurance. Now I'm having to pay another payment on a separate vehicle just so I don't lose my job! Worst automaker in the business!!

      In a minor car accident on APRIL 28, 2022. My 2021 Jeep Gladiator was towed to local dealership for repairs. Advised parts would take 4-6 weeks, ok no problem. 5 weeks goes by, still awaiting parts. Ok, no problem. 8 weeks later, receive phone call last part needed was located and transferred to dealership. Repairs should only be a few more days. Upon "alignment test", apparently my oil pan was magically cracked & driveshaft damaged beyond repair. It has now been months of me paying for rental car OUT OF POCKET. Parts nowhere to be found, Dealership advised me they would arrive July 6th. July 6th comes and goes, still no parts. Then told July 25th, called for update & no parts have arrived. Contacted Chrysler customer service, service agent Chanel entirely useless & ignored my followup calls for days, when she did answer the phone did not even have my case in front of her nor could she recall the details of my case. Received phone call today that my parts "might arrive August 8th". I am paying THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket because Jeep cannot produce or supply the parts needed. No courtesy, rental car assistance, or concrete date when I will be back in my $60,000 truck. I've had better service & support from my 2015 USED vehicles with over 100k miles. I demand a resolution, either buy back my truck so I no longer have to pay to let it sit at the dealership, provide the parts necessary so I can be back in my first Jeep ever, provide me with a courtesy vehicle, or reimburse me for the $4,500 I've spent out of pocket on a rental so far with no end in sight.This is despicable, I am being treated like dirt and this is sending me into financial ruin.

      Also was promised by FOUR customer service representatives today I would get a callback from a supervisor. Still no callback from a supervisor. Your organization is a scam. I demand a resolution ASAP.

      Called this morning to follow up on my requested supervisor callback. Was rudely yelled at by Chanel, the customer service agent & informed I will not be receiving a callback. All my outgoing calls to customer service department have been recorded, documented, and will be going directly to my attorney.I have also shared my experience with my large social media following to raise awareness to the gross lack of care Im receiving. Good luck going viral. **** views & several hundred comments & likes as of this morning.

      I agree to the horrible Chrysler Uconnect media issues, GPS, **** wifi system user interface total is disastrous, as for now my $70,000.00 USD **** RAM Limited 2020 Uconnect system does not work as it is not possible to subscribe to the ********* **** Internet modem! Which also is the only way to internet connect the system, but even if I subscribe and paid the **** $30.00/month the system would not receive internet because a more than one year old Uconnect **** disputes/issue!
