      If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a BRAND NEW 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from CJDR of Tampa bay. Shortly after I’ve had sensor after sensor going off in the vehicle. Here’s the catch, most of them are safety sensors!! I brought it back to the dealer 4 times and each time they “thought” they fixed the issue. None of the issues have been resolved and now I’m in a lemon law claim. The manufacturer has been zero help, very non responsive , and I’m still I am vehicle that has safety sensors going off and I’m paying for it. I’ve emailed the manager **** as well and never even got a reply. This has been an absolute nightmare. All I want is for the dealer or manufacturer to just take the car back and refund me the money I paid on this death trap they made keep all this time. Absolutely ridiculous.

      Absolutely horrible. Bought a brand new 2500 RAM Diesel and a few months in had a recall issue. We are going on almost a full year of dealing with the issue. The truck has been at the Dealership 8 times, sometimes 2 to 3 weeks at a clip. No rental, no resolution and just a bunch of blame game going on. Currently the truck is siting at the Dealership for the past week and no update from either Stellantis aka ******************** or the Dealership. $1,100 car payment and $280 for Insurance every month and this is the ** we are going through. I guess its time to get a Lawyer.

      My brand new 2023 Ram pro master 3500 had the engine die after 1000 miles and I bought it out-of-state so I had to fly home and wait 6 weeks for it to be repaired. *********, customer service guaranteed they would take care of my extra costs. And now they are denying them all. Would never recommend buying a RAM again.

      I was told I could only make up to $50k wire transfer to payoff my vehicle loan. I made two wire transfers 11/18/2024 and 11/19/2024 which would pay off the vehicle loan. The second wire went through on my end and Stellantis keeps giving me the run around and are not applying the second wire transfer to my account. I have been dealing with ****** ***** and she is not helping me fix their issue.

      Never. I mean never! Buy anything stellantis related. I bought 2 different trucks from RAM and both were absolutely terrible vehicles. I had 1 for 6 weeks. It worked for a total of maybe 7-10 days. It was in the shop the rest of the time. 2nd truck, I had it for a total of 500 and miles and it was throwing codes, had defective airbags, sensors, pulling to the right. The motor felt like it was misfiring. Absolutely horrible cars. I then go through stellantis to try and get a refund. They said sorry tough luck. Wouldnt reimburse me for anything. They are the absolute worst to deal with. I would rather hitch hike than buy this terrible c*** Do anything you can to get away from this corrupt and terrible service.

      Total c*** They took my money for ******** service, then when it doesn't work, won't refund me. It's been less than 24 hours since I purchased the service, and I've been hung up on by both the autoanswer and the human, multiple times. *******'s auto answer flat out refuses to take calls. I just got hung up on by a call center after asking the *** to escalate. I wasn't angry with her, I needed a higher up to deal with my issue and I told her that. Then she hung up on me and sent me to the survey system. There's a joke. If you're satisfied, press 1 to go to the survey, if not, press 2 and goodbye.I wish I could give zero stars.

      My son had a head on collision in my 08 Dodge ram 1500. No airbags deployed. I complained to Stellantis, who sent a third party out to the truck to pull details from the so called Black box. Nothing recorded. Now they refuse to explain why the airbags never deployed. Never in an accident from new.

      I want everyone to be aware of ram and their sub-par work and lack of care for customers. I have a 2020 ram 1500 with ****** miles, I've had to have the manifold replaced multiple times, I've dealt with the rear window leak that all rams seem to have and now the paint is falling off around the windshield and between the fender/ hood. I have taken the truck to gator Chrysler, who say it's not covered because it's over 3 years ****** miles. There is a "corrosion warranty " but they say paint falling off isn't corrosion. Apparently corrosion is only rust, i said give it a few months and it will be rust since there isn't any paint left which they replied and said it still wouldn't be covered because the paint fell off and that's why it rusted.I've been in contact multiple times with ram cares, and frankly they don't care. This is my fourth and last ram I will ever own. The truck still has the factory windshield and has never been wrecked. If your ok with paying 60k for a truck and the paint only lasting 4 years, then go ahead.
