      In 2021, I saw Chrysler commercials on TV to buy Chrysler cars with cheap financing through Chrysler Capital. I purchased a brand new Chrysler car, through a Chrysler dealership, financed through Chrysler. The dealership did the paperwork for the financing, and told me that they hold the title until the car is paid off. Three years later, the car was paid off - I never missed a payment. When I asked the dealership for the title, they said you have to call Chrysler Capital. I have called Chrysler Capital over 20 times and they have no idea where the title is. The *** said I will need a duplicate title, but only the lien holder can apply for a duplicate title. I have asked Chrysler Capital to sign the DMV's duplicate title request form so I can get a title in my name, but they give me the run around and ask for the request by email. I have emailed them, the dealership has emailed them, the *** has sent the same request by mail, on DMV letterhead. Chrysler Capital will simply not sign the paper so I can get a title. I have tried to call Chrysler/Stellantis directly, but they just say I need to call Chrysler Capital. I have paid the car in full and absolutely cannot get any help from Chrysler to get a title - they clearly do not care about their customers. I have not been able to find any government agency - Federal, State, or local that can help. My only option at this point is to pay a lawyer lots of money to handle this. I have to move and won't be able to register the car in any other state, the new car is a complete loss for me. I cannot believe any major US auto company can be so irresponsible with their customers. This is really unbelievable. I have not had any major mechanical issues with the car, but I would caution anyone buying a car from Chrysler to avoid financing it through Chrysler - they are a total nightmare to deal with.

      Stellantis provides poor or inadequate resources to it's agents.When a customer makes a payment whether online or via phone said customer should receive a receipt. This is standard practice in the **. I was told by ******* a Stellantis customer service supervisor that she's not able to resend a confirmation receipt which was never received or sent in the first place. What world are we living in? Waiting on my receipt...

      On July 18, 2024 I bought a 2024 Jeep compass 4x4 limited and it is the shop for the 3rd time for mechanical issues. Thats 3 times in less than 2 months. I requested the car be exchanged with no success. Im a hospice social worker and drive over 6 counties and was stranded 40 miles away from ************* where I live. The dealership blames Stellantis and Im stuck in the middle with no reliable vehicle. Poor costumer service from **** ********* Dodge, Ram and Jeep in ********** and Stellantis!!!! Poor quality control, at least on my vehicle. ***** on both companies. Attorney for consumer affairs/issues being consulted as well as local media!

      I give Chrysler 0 stars!!!! They do not care about your life or that of your loved ones after their faulty vehicle has failed numerous times without concrete evidence of what the real issue is!!!! My vehicle has had issues since this time last year and all they l tell me is it's the main battery.....LIES!!!! Replaced it twice, replaced the aux start/stop battery.....vehicle still not fixed 3 dealership visits later!!!!! And calling headquarters is an absolute JOKE!!!! Lemon law attorney will be contacting them next!!!

      Crystler Corporation has the worst customer service Ive ever seen!!!!! I bought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 2 years ago. 7 months ago the *** control module went out causing it not to go into gear.(safety feature?) The *** Control Module has been under engineering review for the last 2 years and has not been being produced. **************** has been no help at all! Ive been without a vehicle for 7 months all while making $640 a month payments. This is ridiculous! They are a joke I will never buy another Jeep again and I will trash talk them till they get their head out of their butt! The only reason I left one star is because it wouldnt let me leave no star!

      I have my emergency brake turning on randomly while driving. Taken to the dealer about a year after buying it in 2020 and still havent been able to get this fixed. Everytime it turns on something else breaks. Spoke with jeep 3 1/2 weeks ago. Promised me a phone call and assistance yet I cant get anyone to help me since. Not my car has a thud sound and I can not drive the vehicle at all.

      had followup questions for my case manager and she could not answer them and ******** refused to le me speak to her supervisor ****, whom I had already spoke to on two separate occasions, and he was looking into additional concerns of mine. She said she was told by **** to reach out to me but would not put I'm my numerous requests to speak to him again. I am horrified by her lack if customer service skills and inability to honor a simple requests of one of your customer. ************* is apparently just a fancy hashtag because you company does anything but care about it's customers. I have filed a complaint with the ***** about this matter and I hope they can get your attention otherwise my next action is to seek legal council and see if come court orders and subpeas get your attention.

      I recently had my car serviced at *********************************, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The service itself was top-notch. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed with communication of the work that needed to be done. I felt that the pricing was very fair for the level of service I received.I'll definitely be returning to this service department for future issues with my Grand Jeep Cherokee.I highly recommend ******** ***** to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality car service !

      This company is an absolute joke. To say this company is a pile of... you get the drift, would be a compliment. I've contacted every connected source for help in an ABS module replacement only to circle back to this joke. REALLY hoping there's a class action, this is unforgivable.
