    Title: Caution: Inquiries About Panther Lending Unanswered After extensive searching online, I've managed to get in touch with Panther Lending's customer service, but my experience has raised several red flags. I inquired about their SCC ****************************** number and their registration status with the Bureau of Lending Companies in *****************, but the representatives seemed uninformed and unable to provide these crucial details.They advertise an APR of ****%, which is exceptionally low unrealistically so, especially when compared to the rates provided by the *** even during the Covid-19 pandemic. It's baffling how they can confidently promote such rates through direct mail without providing concrete and verifiable information.The promotional material lacks a verifiable signature from their CEO, nor does it include a physical address, which is typically a baseline requirement for transparency and legitimacy in financial dealings. This absence of essential information is concerning.It leaves me wondering about the oversight and regulatory measures in place, questioning why such questionable practices seem to go unchecked by the US government. It's important for potential customers to remain vigilant and demand the necessary documentation and proof of legitimacy before engaging with any financial institution.

    Same as everyone here. They market themselves as a debt consolidation company and then tell you otherwise. You pay them a certain fee and they take care of your credit cards. Closing out all cards and ultimately killing your credit rating. False advertisement. Stay away from them unless you are wanting to kill your credit score

    I received the pre-approved offer in the mail and called them. Luckily the freeze on my credit report would not allow them to communicate with me by email. I searched for negative reviews prior to calling but from this point forward I will consult the BBB FIRST.! After reading the BBB reviews I will update the freeze on my credit account with the three credit bureaus.

    They don't give you anything but a bunch of fraudulent callers trying to force you into a consolidation loan ... which either has the total amount promised by Panther OR the rate, but never both. It's a scam to sell leads to other lenders. Don't sign up unless you want endless calls with nothing to offer.

    I contacted them from their flyer and made the terrible mistake of getting caught up in their conversation. And exchanged information that I shouldnt have. Then I did my homework (shouldve done that first). They set up an appointment for a notary for the next morning (another red flag). I canceled the notary after doing a bit of research. I have informed the ************************ and the ************** of our local law enforcement. In addition, my attorney is currently exploring options. I will not standby and let ANYONE, try to sell my information or defraud my family.
