    Terrible, false company. The pretend to offer a low-interest debt consolidation loan, then claim none of the loan "partners" will issue a loan - after supposedly running a "soft" check only. However, the five companies (legitimate ones) who supposedly rejected me don't show up on my credit report. What shows up is this horrible company that is going to help me default to get a better rate. And now, my good credit is being RUINED by these people whom I told NO WAY - I don't want to default, and I am NOT using your company. The scam is - after they pretend you've been rejected, they refer you to ********************. After an hour on the phone, pushing fake numbers, the mumbled key point was "strategic DEFAULT." Yeah, pay them, they don't pay your credit companies, taking it into default to close the account and force the companies to offer a low rate. Horrible. I wanted a debt consolidation loan to pay the credit cards off, and have one lower interest rate payment; they have ruined my credit rating, and now I have companies arbitrarily reducing my credit limits with no warning. And, these people keep emailing and calling. Seems they operate under different names, but STAY AWAY. They are NOT a loan company, and not associated with legitimate loan companies, and will ruin your rating.

    Hmmm. The letter I received from you guys says I have been "Pre-Approved" for a $50K loan at ****% "average" interest rate! My New Monthly Payment will be $215.60/ **. That's an UNSECURED loan with a term of about 420 months. I seriously doubt that you guys are making unsecured loans with terms like that. A mortgage these days will have a rate of over 7%! If it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is! No Thanks!!

    I also cannot get my name off of their mailing list. I have mailed two letters to the **** Box **** ****************, ** ***** address and they have both been returned. There is not other mailing address on the website an no address on the letters. How can a business have no address?

    WOW!! What a bait-and-switch Scam. They falsely advertise a very low-interest rate as "Average," and then, when asked, they say it's the best rate. You then receive a very unattractive offer, and they switch you right into the real product they are pushing, which is One Law, whereby they lie to you and say you can have a zero-interest payment ONLY if you stop using your accounts and go into default. Knowing exactly what they were doing, I asked what would happen to my interest rates, and The so-called consultant ( scumbag) said, "Yes" you will have a dip in your credit score. A dip?? It will crush it. I never said I could not pay my bills. In fact, I made it clear I could pay all of them off now but was looking for a better interest rate. STAY FAR AWAY! How they are allowed to do this to people is unbelievable. Don't be fooled by this scam.

    Received their mailer. They called minutes after I submitted the form online. They tried to convice me to do debt relief rather than the debt consolidation loan that was prominently advertised on their mailer.

    Aggressive practices. Panther Lending wont remove me from their mailing listcontinuing unwanted solicitation. *** contacted my CBR & completed on line / physical paper work to have all communication halted & they continue to harass me.
