      On March 27th my order was confirmed to buy a knife though Hyper Blades. They sent out the tracking information just as they said they would the knife arrived, and it was not the knife that is pictured on my order form. The knife on my order form was a blue handle with a blue blade. The knife I received was not the knife that was ordered. I have contacted the company multiple times through their website where you can contact them to no avail nobody called me. No one has even emailed me to let me know what the return policy is I have sent numerous emails to the company and nothing has been communicated back to me along with the communication. I have been sending. I have sent my phone number multiple times for somebody call me because it is easier to talk over the phone then send something through text or email. I just need a company to call meso we can talk and we can work this Out. Thank you for your time.

      I ordered a knife from Hyperblades and never received it. Ive tried emailing them multiple times with no response. Id like the product that I was charged for or a refund.

      Ordered knives from this company on April *******. Never received my knives. Company will not return emails. Phone number has been disconnected, ******* does nothing to help get you money back. Im out of product I paid 84 dollars for and cant reach the company through email or phone. Live out of state so cant go to their biz.

      On July 10/2024 i purchased my first knives and received a receipt of purchased. on July 24/2024 purchased a second knives and received of purchase. as of today 10/16/2024 i have not received neither of the purchases and the funds have been taken for my checking account.

      Ordered several items from this company back in April 2024. The company did not ship the items and did not respond to any emails sent to them reguarding the order i ********* this point, I am just looking for a refund for the order.

      I placed an online order on July 27 from this company. After placing my order of *****, Just like many other complaints here. No contact was given from seller. No confirmation, no receipt, or no tracking. This really seems to be a scam. I hope these messages are read before more purchases are made from this company. You will lose your money.

      I placed the order over a month ago. They took the money immediately and I have not received my product. I have reached out to them 3 times through email as they do not have a phone number. I'd like my item or an immediate refund.
